Great video but it's hard to watch the highlights against the Cavs knowing we were a few 3's away from the finals.

He’s underrated because all the spotlight is on tatum
2:49 such a strong move. Body’s bumping him hands swiping at him and still lays it in. That’s big boy strength. I heard Tatum had gotten stronger this offseason too. His drives should improve as well.

JB had a bank shot 3-pointer in round 1, game two vs the Bucks towards the end of his 30 point game... that should totally be in this highlight reel. Just sayin'.

If this was the JAYLEN BROWN we see all the time than I'd be all for the MASSIVE extention he got,but unfortunately hes up and down and very inconsistent and I don't see it changing with KEMBA WALKER now there and TATUM who is supposed to be taking his gm to another level this yr,so he'll be getting more opportunities then Brown and even MARCUS SMART has shown to be a more consistent offensive threat and he likes to take his chances as well plus if HAYWARD is to ever emerge he needs his looks as well and right now his contract may be the one screwing everything up,cuz BROWN at the very least is young,athletic and does have a little room to grow,plus hes a hustler,he works and gets after the ball!!but what I'm sayin is JAYLEN BROWNS contract is never gonna hold water cuz theres too much in the middle,hes never gonna get a chance to really stake his claim to being worthy or honestly even close to being worthy of $30mill per/yr,only way we will see if BROWN truly is that type of player will be if hayward or tatum go down with an injury or hayward maybe takes an even farther step backward and loses lots of min!!but imo we are going to see the same BROWN,just a helluva lot richer and I think DA made a really big mistake cuz now hes on the hook for 2 REALLY big contracts with neither of them giving the same return back to the C's and this could really cripple the CAP for the CELTICS NOW!!could have,should have waited for the conclusion of the season to see if he actually improved to the point ur gonna build the future of the team around him and TATUM,if they are really THOSE DUDES and I have strong feelings that neither of them are,I like both but thats it,they are addition pcs NOT CORNERSTONE PCS!!both are just about the same players they were when they entered the league this Browns 4th season and Tatums 3rd and dont get me wrong,IRVING DEFINITELY didn't do anything to help these 2 and honestly imo just held em back,but its gonna be maybe even worse this yr and not because of KEMBA so much but I have a feeling that Ainge hit on a couple of REAL STUDS in EDWARDS and WILLIAMS and those 2 guys might might be really where its gonna be at in the very near future,both seem to be a step ahead of where TATUM and BROWN were coming out of the draft,so now its gonna be even more unbalanced for Brown and ur gonna see either the same season we've seen from him or he could even take a step back at least offensively,his saviour might just be how good he can get playing D,cuz he probably is along with SMART their best player on that side now that big AL is gone!!

I'll just do the first 20 plays because frankly, Stone Hands fanboy apologists don't deserve too much of my time. As you'll see, just a bunch of terrible defense by lazy defenders with less than a handful of actually impressive plays worth mentioning. He's Jae Crowder 2.0. A sometimes 3...sometimes D....with 3 and D ceiling. He's at best a championship team's #5 option.
play 1: complete defensive breakdown. Literally anyone with any talent can make that
play 2: zero hustle by PHI. Credit for the hustle but beyond that it's nothing special
play 3: terrible defense by one of the league's worst defenders.
play 4: wide open unopposed dunk. Embarrassing that this is even included in the video.
play 5: horrible defense which forced the help by Embid and the drop off assist. Good play. He should be able to do this multiple times a game. Instead, does it once every 10 games
play 6: truly terrible defense by multiple guys who should be benched for it. Credit to Stone Hands for being aggressive though
play 7: some of the worst on man defense you'll ever see.
play 8. More laughable defense (or lack thereof) by one of the league's worst defenders Kyle Korver.
play 9: catch and shoot 3? Really? This is included in this video? Can't be too great if so
play 10: holy smokes...another catch and 3? smh
play 11: zero attempt at defense by multiple defenders. Like the aggression though.
play 12: block on Saric's laughable turn around attempt. Easy pass. Nothing special
play 13: again with the laughable Korver defense. However splitting the defenders and getting shot off over Lebron is actually impressive. First impressive play of this video
play 14: very nice fake and drive and finishing through two players. Very impressive.
play 15: unopposed wide open alley oop. Nothing special
play 16: another catch and shoot 3? Really? I guess moving off the ball makes it somewhat better than most. But still. c'mon
play 17: very nice fake and drive finishing over Giannis
play 18: simply wide open drive and dunk. Literally any player with any skill and athleticism can do this
play 19: terrible transition defense. simply finish over a half hearted attempted block
play 20: turn around J versus one of the league's worst defenders
So you're saying mistakes happen by the opposing team...wow didn't know that was possible. Instead of saying the player is overrated why don't you credit his talent, athleticism, IQ, etc and just admit the team gels well when they're playing in their system.
