Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you for the PDF you supplied on another video.. it helped break that trauma bond 100% and I actually felt TRE afterwards. My body shaped and everything. Secondly this video is so accurate.. even after blocking him everywhere 3 months ago, I drove 2 hours away to view a vehicle on a farm in the middle of nowhere and as I pulled out, he was there. I havent a clue how he could know as only told a friend on WhatsApp where I was going who has no connection to him at all, but he was there. Thank you for all your support so far x

But my ex and because of his lies his parents.. all were so bad to me in the last year we were together, worse than ever before.. after 6 years.. I knew I had enough. I knew it was inevitable. I knew I HAD to do it. I promise you.. if he treated you badly, only like narcissists can, once you break away.. you will never know how you were with him. THAT I promise. Sure.. I miss the old him, the fake, possibly the real him before he was damaged but nonetheless, I’ll always wish somewhere down deep that version of him stayed true. However.. since that is an impossibility, there is no choice but to not be with him and I came to terms with that. I totally emphasize with you in where you are right now. I no longer want to be with my ex, you will get there too. I was there and it was awful.. nobody will ever say it’s easy.. but it’s a must. I can tell you it gets better with time. Just take it one day at a time. You have to find your self worth. What is amazing is that they think they are entitled to you. Narcissists watch you like a crazed fan who is obsessed. We can see this dynamic play out in society with famous people. They also reach out when they have the fear of missing out. Again, what I find amazing, is that they think they are entitled to you. Entitlements like an object of desire you would find at the store. Narcissists truly hate themselves and that is why they project that insecurity onto others. It really is a sad loop they are caught up in. Thank you 🤔❤️🇺🇸
When times are good, they want to reach out and pretend to be happy for you, only to gain information and identify any weaknesses. When times aren't good, they reach out with false empathy, once again to identify and exploit weaknesses so they can "help" and it's all for their own selfish gain
They love to stalk! Left a narcissist 10 years ago. I hid all my TH-cam videos for years. About 4 years ago I unlocked one video that was helpful and he called that same day leaving a message saying he saw my video and was thinking of me. Mind you, it wasn’t a new video that would set off notifications to my subscribers. He’d been watching daily for YEARS. They are so sick 🤮
Pretty creepy and when I would get mad at him because I knew he was stalking I was told that I am insecure and jealous. I am mad as hell that I seriously got drug into his fuckery! Cannot believe I put up with this.
That’s creepy as hell!! I was told my ex was asking about me, sending pics of him wearing the shirts I bought in & would randomly bring me up. (tried to know what’s going on in my life)
I left this crazy narcissist and she followed me across the country. She tries to steal everything from my life. She even tries to copy ideas that I have.
I go no contact with the narcissist and in retaliation she unfriends me on Facebook (beating me to the punch). Years later I get a friend request from her and I am like "you've got to be kidding". I did not accept it.
They're totally delusional. It's as if what they did doesn't resonate with them. You'd think they had amnesia, like nothing ever happened. That's how sick their disorder is.
I've kept mine on public on purpose because he started the ghosting phase and I just said ok thank you I understand that this is over. Thank you for the memories and I have lived my life to the max. In the next few weeks I'm making it private 🦋 up his

Thank you Anoushka. You have helped us understand that narcissim is a manifestation of something more disturbing and dysfunctional then we as the victims blame ourselves for. Your teachings help us to love ourselves more and then self actualization as you describe comes forth so we can go forth and be with healthy people. This was round two for me with someone I was absolutely in love with for a long time. His behaviors on the first round ten years ago made me very angry now after seeing him again after all that time it has gotten worse and I can only say I hope he is with someone now who he can live his life with.

So I set up another FB account, tracked her comments and outed her in front of her relatives and acquaintances (she doesn't have any friends) Any reference to narcissism and flying monkeys are dedicated to them.... I know it might seem childish, but the thought of them looking like they just sucked on a lemon gives me a bit of satisfaction.
I know my ex stalked all his ex's! So weird, I have had a creepy feeling that I have actually talked to him but it was a different name. I am not great with computers so I dont know how he does that and I feel he may have some friends on there as well, one being the resurrected ex whom he was cheating on me with her, or her with me idk. When I found out I did tell her as I would have appreciated it. Dont think she cares as she is like him. I will not deal with him again.

The part where the narc keeps track of the victim is true. My xwife's, xhusband was always stalking her and sending her love letters even after 30 plus years. He wanted her back and he got her back. He got religion again and their religion was mutual and that's where he edged back in. Anyway he got her and abandoned her again only after 9 months. He is now in Nicaragua on a missionary stint. What a dick.
The first thing a narcasist does is accuse the other person of being a narcasist. My ex was a cheat, liar and enjoyed the head games....when I finally walked away from her drama and pathetic tales and flirting it was like seeing someone Id never seen...went from being disinterested and mentally bullying me to hounding me. Like a idiot I gave her benefit of doubt and took her back and then she blocks me and accuse ME of being guess what? Its a mental illness, it takes a certain kind of cruel to do the things they do...they can never love anyone.

Despite me locking down social media, changed jobs, and block her on all platforms in every way possible i still find footprints outside my windows from time to time, things being moved, and gates opened, etc. I’m investing in motion detecting cameras. She left almost four years ago and this behavior is her way of leaving a calling card and she does this just to let me know she’s still around. It’s sick.
All of the time, 10 years now, since i finished our relationship my ex (a vulnerable)has always known or thought he knows, things always asking and commenting like if he had all the right to do so. Now I really like a guy we both know and he is as usual throwing little comments about this man to se my reaction. Im totally grey rock about it and have even said that it never even occurred to me if I liked the man(he is our daugter´s private techer now during covid)

They think you still want them because of their false self which what everyone should want and desire. They abandoned their true self a long time ago because they believe it wouldn't be good enough. My parents stare at me when we are in the same room. They never make normal conversation with me, they never ask me about myself. Everything always ends up being about them and their life. I avoid them at all costs nowadays. They just make me extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you for your videos they’re helping me so much right now. I like how you describe this as an attachment disorder. I hate just people being labelled as narcissists, everyone is on a spectrum with varying degrees. Not all have actual NPD and without these people seeking help we will truly never know just how many there are. But our strength lies in the way we deal with these individuals (if we have to) and learn not to take it personally. I’m currently in no contact and focusing on my self care, keeping my routine going & positive thoughts & affirmations. I also don’t want to just blame the other person and instead I’m looking to how and why this happened to me so I can learn from it all thank you
For me it’s backwards.. I know my ex is a narc.. and he has new supply.. but I was so heart broken and left with so many unanswered questions, I kept checking their social media to see what they were doing together.. I would send him texts begging him to talk to me.. never got an answer.. except him threatening to get a restraining order..
He’s only posting cos he knows you’re watching his fake show... If you leave it alone for Max 3 months... he’ll come crawling back to you. Be careful though he’ll only come back to suck what little life is left in you.
This is so true, when i was a teenager i met my first narc, i didn't know at the time, this was back in the 80's, anyway very long story which is still on going.....we went out together for 2 years, all seemed great, until one evening.... i bought a new motorbike, kept it a secret, and rolled up late to meet my girlfriend....well..OMG now i thought it would be a nice surprise and take her for a ride on my new bike, err no.. i was so wrong! she flew out of her front door, the anger and aggression i'd never seen before..... all she said was "it's either me of that f%cking bike".....i'd not even taken my helmet off at this point, so with that reaction i just rode off......that was it! for 2 years i heard nothing off her. Then one xmas eve she turned up at a pub i was drinking in, she'd been asking my friends where i'd be on xmas eve, she'd bought me a present and offered me a lift home, then asked me out again, she also knew i wasn't really seeing anyone at that time......like i fool i said yes ! well at a party a few years later she admitted to me, she'd been asking all my friends what i'm up to now i'm not seeing her, for 2 years she stalked me, either through my friends, or by actually parking in my avenue and watching my house, even following me when i went out. At the time i thought this was cute and she was madly i love with me......how wrong was i. we spent 32 years together before the masked slipped big time, by this time i'd become aware of narcissism, the alarm bells were ringing, i uncovered so much, horrible things started to happen, very upsetting. I left and thankfully kept most of my things... i have a son who at the time was 11, he's being controlled by me ex, he's been told what to say and to who. My ex went down the mental health route on me in family court, even though nothing was proved. So after 3 years after splitting up i get to see my son once a week for a few hours, he's terrified of his mother, but won't leave her. It wasn't long after i left that the flying monkeys appeared, all asking questions, i've pin pointed most of them and texts and calls go un answered. I am still being stalked, not only by my ex, but also her/ my friends, some people have cars that really stand out! I still have along road in front of me and some big battles to fight.
@@pirindolo5160 It's not until you look back and free from all the turmoil that was going on, then you start to see what was happening, i wasn't aware of this mental disorder, it's thanks to channels like this that the spotlight has been shined on these people. I know i was good supply, ideal target for a Narc, i had everything she wanted and i idolised her. So no reason for her to do anything, i got her out of debt, i worked hard and long hours, saved money, nice cars, house, lived debt free.....as far as i know nobody she knew could offer the same life style. i'm not the type of person who argues, i'd rather sit and talk and work thing out, may be lack of boundaries looking back, if she didn't get her way i'd get the silent treatment, which i thought was childish and i'd leave her to it....... Now....one thing i'm not sure about, affairs or how many she's had, i trusted her with my life! that was until 4/5 years ago when the alarm bells started to ring. Long story short i found some texts hidden on her mobile, oddly she'd kept every text she'd sent to this guy in a hidden folder, she promised me it was over ect.....but i noticed a change in her, started going out a lot, new clothes, doing keep fit......she lost weight, sort of changed her look. When i look back over the years and how i trusted her, when she stayed out on her "works do's" and i've offered to pick her up, she declined.......mmmmmmm i know for sure now that when she was going to see her dad, she actually seeing someone else! like i said, it's not until your actually away from all the madness, that you can look back and start to question things, she was defiantly in this relationship for the long run, and make a nice profit for her efforts . The day i saw the mask slip i'll never forget, ever!
Just want to remind survivors who were gaslit... a lot of us may have attachment disorders, and our abusers may have used that against us. It’s not the same as a personality disorder, and it’s got a spectrum in and of itself. In fact most people in the world have some kind of attachment disorder even if only slightly, remember again- it’s also spectrum based. Very few people (IF any at all) are legitimately securely attached with ZERO anxiety or fear or avoidance. To say that people with any disorder of attachment are the same as people with NPD is not only patently false but dangerous for survivors who have been gaslit. Even people who ARE securely attached are not 100% secure, they may be 80% securely attached and 20% anxiously attached. Nobody escapes childhood completely unscathed and this point of view can be really harmful for survivors. So just to reiterate.... people with personality disorders always have an attachment disorder, but NOT everyone with an attachment disorder has a personality disorder.

An ex from over 25 years ago is cyber stalking me. My email address somehow is on the dark web and his name is associated with it. A recent ex that is also a neighbor watches and stalks me weekly. This one told me he's vindictive. He shows up on my property whenever he chooses whether I am here or not. It's nauseating and frustrating.
All of a sudden I get these instant notifications from facebook that my post or stories have been " SHARED " Im not so savy with social media but weired awful feeling.
Mine moved 2 states away, all means of contact severed, and I do not post on social media. I dont think "it" would have a way to keep an eye on me, however, I live as if "it" can. So every time I have another big win in my biz, I get something nice, etc, I give a silent FU to "it"

There was a time that I was posting on Facebook every kind of fake way I've come to know my family to be when they aren't being helpful with favors... I wrote it that way because they have been helpful at times... but also extremely shady the rest of the time with other things. Now I'm getting to the point I don't feel I need to repeat myself over and over to get nowhere with them. There is a saying... that a fool is someone who does the same thing over and over just to get the same results, and I'm not trying to do that to myself. So I'm being more careful about what I write publicly on Facebook now.
I never friended my ex on social media, which probably made it easier for her to hide things from me. Still, I wouldn't doubt that she checked up on me from time to time, and she still may do so. Although I try my best to keep my posts only visible to friends, or through alts. Ironically, she was always paranoid about people stalking her. Maybe there were real reasons for that belief, but it could also be projection. I'm sure she had other sources of supply that may have been angered, or looking for answers when she'd disappear to be with me for 1-2 months at a time.
I went no contact and blocked them everywhere. A year later, the narc is back stalking my social via a fake account (yes, I was able to establish it was the narc behind that account). It's crazy. Needless to say, the fake account got blocked.
Not with mine. I’ve blocked him from everything, (only in contact with my personal friends & family that have nothing to do with him), put my social media accounts on very private & limit what I post, & I moved far away (not because of him, but life & didn’t post anything about this). He’ll have to work very hard to watch & or find me now.
My ex and I have been divorced for 2 yrs. he doesn't contact his son or me. We were married for 20 yrs. He doesn't care what we do. He was only bonded with me through our pay checks. once I didn't have one he left me for a woman that had a lot of money. He is truly faking his life with her. I can't understand why he doesn't try and contact even when his dad died. my son got an FYI message about his death. no invite nothing for funeral

It depends on what attention they can get elsewhere, if young and attractive, they will be out there gathering harems, if older, then they realise that they can't get supply and will try and manipulate you, the very worst spite will come out if you allow the hoover as they really hate you. They come in as a suicidal ideation victim. I had all of this 😔

Yep Facebook deleted number changed i know when he is watching because my dogs are pretty quiet and i know how they sound when someone who is not supposed to be on the property is there i do not have the means to move just yet but i will be in the future and i am thankful i have not run in to him anywhere as of yet and if i do I will be calling the law to get him away from me

I'm pretty confident my Narc ex-fiance never watched me. He's one that just moves on from one to the next, does not recycle old supply (fuel source). It's been 5.5 years No Contact and there have been countless new targets come and gone since me. Maybe he's just blowing up each situation so bad that nobody would ever take him back. All I know is, of the 10 women we (former targets) learned about, NONE were re-idealized, nor approached, again. He simply got a new one.
Hmm..my soon to be ex wife is blocked on social media, but her sister is still on my fb. I go years without posting anything, and my ex wife knows that, so I wonder if she's using her sister to keep tabs on me.

Thank you Anoushka. You have helped us understand that narcissim is a manifestation of something more disturbing and dysfunctional then we as the victims blame ourselves for. Your teachings help us to love ourselves more and then self actualization as you describe comes forth so we can go forth and be with healthy people. This was round two for me with someone I was absolutely in love with for a long time. His behaviors on the first round ten years ago made me very angry now after seeing him again after all that time it has gotten worse and I can only say I hope he is with someone now who he can live his life with.

I recently found out she has a new victim. The husband of a woman that befriended her.
So I set up another FB account, tracked her comments and outed her in front of her relatives and acquaintances (she doesn't have any friends)
Any reference to narcissism and flying monkeys are dedicated to them....

I know my ex stalked all his ex's! So weird, I have had a creepy feeling that I have actually talked to him but it was a different name. I am not great with computers so I dont know how he does that and I feel he may have some friends on there as well, one being the resurrected ex whom he was cheating on me with her, or her with me idk. When I found out I did tell her as I would have appreciated it. Dont think she cares as she is like him. I will not deal with him again.

The part where the narc keeps track of the victim is true. My xwife's, xhusband was always stalking her and sending her love letters even after 30 plus years. He wanted her back and he got her back. He got religion again and their religion was mutual and that's where he edged back in. Anyway he got her and abandoned her again only after 9 months. He is now in Nicaragua on a missionary stint. What a dick.
The first thing a narcasist does is accuse the other person of being a narcasist. My ex was a cheat, liar and enjoyed the head games....when I finally walked away from her drama and pathetic tales and flirting it was like seeing someone Id never seen...went from being disinterested and mentally bullying me to hounding me. Like a idiot I gave her benefit of doubt and took her back and then she blocks me and accuse ME of being guess what?

Despite me locking down social media, changed jobs, and block her on all platforms in every way possible i still find footprints outside my windows from time to time, things being moved, and gates opened, etc. I’m investing in motion detecting cameras. She left almost four years ago and this behavior is her way of leaving a calling card and she does this just to let me know she’s still around. It’s sick.

All of the time, 10 years now, since i finished our relationship my ex (a vulnerable)has always known or thought he knows, things always asking and commenting like if he had all the right to do so. Now I really like a guy we both know and he is as usual throwing little comments about this man to se my reaction. Im totally grey rock about it and have even said that it never even occurred to me if I liked the man(he is our daugter´s private techer now during covid)

My parents stare at me when we are in the same room. They never make normal conversation with me, they never ask me about myself. Everything always ends up being about them and their life. I avoid them at all costs nowadays. They just make me extremely uncomfortable.

Thank you for your videos they’re helping me so much right now. I like how you describe this as an attachment disorder. I hate just people being labelled as narcissists, everyone is on a spectrum with varying degrees. Not all have actual NPD and without these people seeking help we will truly never know just how many there are. But our strength lies in the way we deal with these individuals (if we have to) and learn not to take it personally. I’m currently in no contact and focusing on my self care, keeping my routine going & positive thoughts & affirmations. I also don’t want to just blame the other person and instead I’m looking to how and why this happened to me so I can learn from it all thank you

I know my ex is a narc.. and he has new supply.. but I was so heart broken and left with so many unanswered questions, I kept checking their social media to see what they were doing together.. I would send him texts begging him to talk to me.. never got an answer.. except him threatening to get a restraining order..

This is so true, when i was a teenager i met my first narc, i didn't know at the time, this was back in the 80's, anyway very long story which is still on going.....we went out together for 2 years, all seemed great, until one evening.... i bought a new motorbike, kept it a secret, and rolled up late to meet my girlfriend....well..OMG now i thought it would be a nice surprise and take her for a ride on my new bike, err no.. i was so wrong! she flew out of her front door, the anger and aggression i'd never seen before..... all she said was "it's either me of that f%cking bike".....i'd not even taken my helmet off at this point, so with that reaction i just rode off......that was it! for 2 years i heard nothing off her. Then one xmas eve she turned up at a pub i was drinking in, she'd been asking my friends where i'd be on xmas eve, she'd bought me a present and offered me a lift home, then asked me out again, she also knew i wasn't really seeing anyone at that time......like i fool i said yes !
well at a party a few years later she admitted to me, she'd been asking all my friends what i'm up to now i'm not seeing her, for 2 years she stalked me, either through my friends, or by actually parking in my avenue and watching my house, even following me when i went out. At the time i thought this was cute and she was madly i love with me......how wrong was i.
we spent 32 years together before the masked slipped big time, by this time i'd become aware of narcissism, the alarm bells were ringing, i uncovered so much, horrible things started to happen, very upsetting. I left and thankfully kept most of my things...
i have a son who at the time was 11, he's being controlled by me ex, he's been told what to say and to who. My ex went down the mental health route on me in family court, even though nothing was proved.
So after 3 years after splitting up i get to see my son once a week for a few hours, he's terrified of his mother, but won't leave her.
It wasn't long after i left that the flying monkeys appeared, all asking questions, i've pin pointed most of them and texts and calls go un answered.
I am still being stalked, not only by my ex, but also her/ my friends, some people have cars that really stand out!
I still have along road in front of me and some big battles to fight.

then you start to see what was happening, i wasn't aware of this mental disorder, it's thanks to channels like this that the spotlight has been shined on these people. I know i was good supply, ideal target for a Narc, i had everything she wanted and i idolised her. So no reason for her to do anything,
i got her out of debt, i worked hard and long hours, saved money, nice cars, house, lived debt free.....as far as i know nobody she knew could offer the same life style. i'm not the type of person who argues, i'd rather sit and talk and work thing out, may be lack of boundaries looking back, if she didn't get her way i'd get the silent treatment, which i thought was childish and i'd leave her to it.......
Now....one thing i'm not sure about, affairs or how many she's had, i trusted her with my life! that was until 4/5 years ago when the alarm bells started to ring.
Long story short i found some texts hidden on her mobile, oddly she'd kept every text she'd sent to this guy in a hidden folder, she promised me it was over ect.....but i noticed a change in her, started going out a lot, new clothes, doing keep fit......she lost weight, sort of changed her look.
When i look back over the years and how i trusted her, when she stayed out on her "works do's" and i've offered to pick her up, she declined.......mmmmmmm i know for sure now that when she was going to see her dad, she actually seeing someone else! like i said, it's not until your actually away from all the madness, that you can look back and start to question things, she was defiantly in this relationship for the long run, and make a nice profit for her efforts .

Just want to remind survivors who were gaslit... a lot of us may have attachment disorders, and our abusers may have used that against us. It’s not the same as a personality disorder, and it’s got a spectrum in and of itself. In fact most people in the world have some kind of attachment disorder even if only slightly, remember again- it’s also spectrum based. Very few people (IF any at all) are legitimately securely attached with ZERO anxiety or fear or avoidance. To say that people with any disorder of attachment are the same as people with NPD is not only patently false but dangerous for survivors who have been gaslit. Even people who ARE securely attached are not 100% secure, they may be 80% securely attached and 20% anxiously attached. Nobody escapes childhood completely unscathed and this point of view can be really harmful for survivors. So just to reiterate.... people with personality disorders always have an attachment disorder, but NOT everyone with an attachment disorder has a personality disorder.

An ex from over 25 years ago is cyber stalking me. My email address somehow is on the dark web and his name is associated with it. A recent ex that is also a neighbor watches and stalks me weekly. This one told me he's vindictive. He shows up on my property whenever he chooses whether I am here or not. It's nauseating and frustrating.

All of a sudden I get these instant notifications from facebook that my post or stories have been " SHARED " Im not so savy with social media but weired awful feeling.

Mine moved 2 states away, all means of contact severed, and I do not post on social media. I dont think "it" would have a way to keep an eye on me, however, I live as if "it" can. So every time I have another big win in my biz, I get something nice, etc, I give a silent FU to "it"

There was a time that I was posting on Facebook every kind of fake way I've come to know my family to be when they aren't being helpful with favors... I wrote it that way because they have been helpful at times... but also extremely shady the rest of the time with other things. Now I'm getting to the point I don't feel I need to repeat myself over and over to get nowhere with them. There is a saying... that a fool is someone who does the same thing over and over just to get the same results, and I'm not trying to do that to myself. So I'm being more careful about what I write publicly on Facebook now.

Mine drives by my house at least a few times per week.
I'm fine with being someone's if they are mine and we are both treating eachother with love and respect.
I never friended my ex on social media, which probably made it easier for her to hide things from me. Still, I wouldn't doubt that she checked up on me from time to time, and she still may do so. Although I try my best to keep my posts only visible to friends, or through alts. Ironically, she was always paranoid about people stalking her. Maybe there were real reasons for that belief, but it could also be projection. I'm sure she had other sources of supply that may have been angered, or looking for answers when she'd disappear to be with me for 1-2 months at a time.
After 7 weeks she called from unknown number and just hung up when I answered. What do I expec or do?
I went no contact and blocked them everywhere. A year later, the narc is back stalking my social via a fake account (yes, I was able to establish it was the narc behind that account). It's crazy. Needless to say, the fake account got blocked.
Not with mine. I’ve blocked him from everything, (only in contact with my personal friends & family that have nothing to do with him), put my social media accounts on very private & limit what I post, & I moved far away (not because of him, but life & didn’t post anything about this). He’ll have to work very hard to watch & or find me now.
My ex and I have been divorced for 2 yrs. he doesn't contact his son or me. We were married for 20 yrs. He doesn't care what we do. He was only bonded with me through our pay checks. once I didn't have one he left me for a woman that had a lot of money. He is truly faking his life with her. I can't understand why he doesn't try and contact even when his dad died. my son got an FYI message about his death. no invite nothing for funeral

It depends on what attention they can get elsewhere, if young and attractive, they will be out there gathering harems, if older, then they realise that they can't get supply and will try and manipulate you, the very worst spite will come out if you allow the hoover as they really hate you. They come in as a suicidal ideation victim. I had all of this 😔

Yep Facebook deleted number changed i know when he is watching because my dogs are pretty quiet and i know how they sound when someone who is not supposed to be on the property is there i do not have the means to move just yet but i will be in the future and i am thankful i have not run in to him anywhere as of yet and if i do I will be calling the law to get him away from me

I'm pretty confident my Narc ex-fiance never watched me. He's one that just moves on from one to the next, does not recycle old supply (fuel source). It's been 5.5 years No Contact and there have been countless new targets come and gone since me. Maybe he's just blowing up each situation so bad that nobody would ever take him back. All I know is, of the 10 women we (former targets) learned about, NONE were re-idealized, nor approached, again. He simply got a new one.
What if I was discarded?
