Football is going weird with the obsession with young managers as well. All the big prem clubs want young managers I find it weird. As a Liverpool fan I’d get down on two knees to have anchelotti give me a proven experienced winner any day of the week
I don't think you get it, the whole point football is evolving into head coaches rather than managers is for sustainability so things like what happened to United don't happen to them.
Arteta started as a head coach for his first 18 months which was a failure, they then promoted him to manager and Arsenal went from 8th the previous 2 seasons to 5th-2nd-2nd buying players he wanted rather than just the board. Klopp failed as a Manager at Liverpool, they won all their major trophies and got all their best signings when Michael Edwards was in charge. Klopp didn't want Salah or Mane and they are now Liverpool greats and very few of Klopp's signings have worked, most flopped.
The biggest reason why Ten Hag failed is because he cherry picked these players himself. He didn't consider whether they'd play well with the others, so chemistry quickly became a problem.
For example, does Rashford pass the ball to Rasmus? Can Antony cross the ball with his right foot? Small things like that are what ended up killing him.

Tuchel:
-Took Dortmund to a CL semi final in 2017
- Took PSG to the UCL Final in 2020 and won it with Chelsea in 2021, making 2 Finals in a row.
Poch
- Took Spurs to a UCL Final in 2019, beating Man City and Ten Hag's Ajax along the way
- Saved Chelsea from their mid table form and brought European football back to Stamford Bridge.
Ten Hag:
- Won 4 Eredivisie titles 😂, (lol. Frank DE Boer also won it 4 times but got sacked by Crystal palace)
- Took Ajax 2019 to the semifinals, his biggest achievement in European football so far.
