Did you notice they were playing each others instrument then?
The cadets doing the vocals is still my 2nd favorite dci moment
Thanks for sharing.... I have yet to experience a DCI championship LIVE!
(While I believe you might be a Cadet fan, their performance are always top notch.)
I was happy to see my favorite, Phantom Regiment in 2 of your pics.
27:34 That poor judge in the center XD
The jump at the end of Bluecoats 2014 made me laugh my ass off, never felt that watching DCI before
Phantom's 2011 was incredible! I am shocked Cavaliers "Spin Cycle" didn't make the cut. Great performances
man that welcome home major tom almost made me cry...
Man Cadets 2000 were on fire, same with Cavaliers. It's no wonder they tied. Also, mellophones have the most fun parts.
1988 Madison Scouts Malaguena is maybe the most powerful performance in the history of DCI.
Agreed. definitely the best thing to ever come out of DCI. Gives me goosebumps every time.
@@joshuathedank9661 Chills....just chills.
They knew they nailed it in ‘88. Has to be in the Top 10 my personal favorite.
cavaliers with the diamond drill blew me away.... A+++++, whoever choreographed that is simply amazing... kudos... 1ST PLACE
nice edit and nicely selected; I saw many of these shows live. I still miss the olde DCI sound of the Bugles. This is a great short composite of recent DCI years.
it’s one of my lifetime bucket lists to see the dci performances
the guard guy laughing at 9:37 after the fall XD
My friend is the soloist in Juliet 2008, he messed up on the solo and we still have a good old laugh about it when we go out for cold beers at our local bar whenever he flies by LA (He's in the presidential band)
That Cadet's performance! WOWZER!
3:05 I dont know what just happened. But I needed that.
I love their cologuard they are so in sync and I love the music it’s beautiful
okay but that cavaliers XtraordinarY show... is so dang underrated. needs more acknowledgement
Phantom Regiment!! My God what a show!
I love the fact that you just included the entire Blue Shades movement from Vanguard '99
It was my favorite piece I ever played in high school, so I simply couldn’t resist :)
@@aaronreilman1472 it's my favorite concert band piece in general, so i appreciate it 😌
How the legendary Malagueña by 1988 Madison Scouts didn’t make this list is beyond me.
This was obviously the boys table, some other video must be the Men’s table. 88 scouts, 89 SCV or PR, 91 Star, and 92 BD are over there as well
SCV's bottle dance & Phantom of the Opera with the costume changes. Not perhaps as spectacular musically, but one of my personal favorites was Suncoast Sound's Teach Them Quick Before They Think
Crown 2014 so under rated ... that moment is one of my favorite drum corps moments, its amazing!
Some great clips in there from when drum corps looked and sounded like drum corps!
AHHHH SO THIS IS WHERE THE VOICEOVERS STARTED
The groove at 7:18 made me way to hyped
Phantom Regiment basically defines everything I love about marching
What was the girl saying over the PA during the 2005 Cadets show? I can't figure it out and it's driving me crazy!!! 😅
I wonder what the drill instructer had to go through
3:00 I would have been that guy who would have fell and mess everything up
