I love your fit and sew tutorials. I learn so much. I've wanted to make the Donny but was concerned about the lack of darts. But after watching you make adjustments, I think I'll give it a try. I've made 3 Gilbert's and love that pattern! I frequently can't watch you live but I always look forward to the recording. Thank you so much! And congrats on your new job working with Sew Liberated!! I love her patterns!

That’s really clever adding the extra hardware for potential strap replacement. If it wore out or got grungy too.

Yes that too! But it did make that seam quite thick!

I'm always amazed at taking a 2D pattern, turning it into a 3D object, adjusting it, making it 2D again, then transferring all of the changes into a 3D object again. Can't wait to get back to sewing.

It’s really amazing! Once you realize that’s what’s happening-it’s incredible we have clothes that we can even get over our heads! 😆 it’s magical!

Did you delete your fun comment about Flat Curves being a great rock band name 😆 I agree!

I just made a muslin of this pattern. And wondered if you had a resource, brilliant 👍🏼

I really enjoyed your video today, first time on your channel. I have so many fitting issues I struggle with them. I am a visual learner, I learnt so much. Looking forward to the next one.

I watched the video today. Loved all of the tips for fitting. My question is: could I do a dart and not a dartless FBA? I made three Donny’s-two I love and one I cut up into quilt blocks! lol.. the Donny I didn’t like was out of quilting cotton and just didn’t hang properly-lesson learned.

So the Donny is already dartless. And my fba added a dart. So yes! You can do that!
