Star Trek: Many things it says and the way it gets defeated is a direct reference to Nomad in the episode 'The Changeling'.
Doctor Who: Dalek plunger arm, general body shape and yelling "exterminate" at one point.
Star Wars: The head resembles a torture droid from Death Star and it has similar appendage for interfacting with the computer as R2-D2.
Terminator: Rogue AI destroys the Humanity with its own nukes. *Awkward*

the Reference is DOCTOR WHO, Funny Bot is partially modelled after the Dalek's who are famous for saying "Exterminate", the Ball they trap Tyler Perry in is the "void ship" that the Daleks come out of in the two parter, Army of Ghost and Doomsday.

Much of this episode is referencing a pretty obscure, failed Comedy Awards show on South Park's original network Comedy Central.
Another episode that was a bit obscure was the one in which they sell little paper boats. It, and another episode were about South Park selling episodes to one streamer and specials they called movies to another.
I think that's how it worked, which is evidence of why basing an entire episode on something you, as the creator, find funny, might not translate to an audience that doesn't even know about the debacle.
I really like when Germans react to joke about Germans. You prove you have a sense of humour. And a pretty good sense of humour at that.

About the structure of the jokes - the best joke I heard about Germans was without a punchline at all - it was told by Dan the Stranger (a comedian who emigrated from Russia because of his anti-war position, he now has shows in Europe, highly recommended for those who want good but dark humor). He moved to Germany, and there it is forbidden to make noise after ten pm. And his neighbors, who were having sex very loudly, stopped making noise at exactly ten o'clock. There's no punchline, but the longer you imagine how exactly this happens, the funnier it gets.
The robot is a reference to doctor who in the show there's a race of fascist aliens that are so disfigured they live inside a machine that looks like a salt shaker.
The weird german spoken reminds of Charlie Chaplins great dictator. The golden rules in germany when we get made fun of is: "Everyone not laughing is a nazi"

Funniest part in the hungarian dub is that Adam Sandler is played by the same actor who plays Eric Cartman, and in this episode we hear him do both these voices in a very different manner, so it's interesting when they interact.

As a Dutch person, I fully disagree that it sounds more like Dutch. I would however be the first to admit that it sounds like the average Dutch person speaking German.
