Oh my goodness. This is like a encyclopedia. Amazing...the gut and every other organ, actions, reactions, secreations, involved. I need to listen over and over again and save for referencias. 😅

Greetings from Singapore. ❤👍Great content and presentation Dr Osborne.
I've been watching and supporting your awesome and informative medical-based topics especially when you started warning us about grains and gluten.
    Thank you again👏

Truly great videos...all of them. Watch them all over and over again....there is one thing I can't find out, though.....how to deal with Polycytemia Vera. All I get is "there is nothing you can do" and "foods makes no difference". I do intermittent fasting, 18/6 mostly meat. Started taking NAC (500mg) twice every day since watching your amino acid video.
    Thank you
    /Kim

What would be the optimal schedule or attempt at tapering of of PPI’s ? And natural supplements to support this as well as additional practices to help support transition?
    Anyone?

@@DrOsborne. Hey Doc. I have been following you since I took Functional Medicine University classes seven years ago.
As a practicing chiropractor, I tell my patients as I am holding your book up in my office, the “The dough got to go”
It is nothing more than fungus food packed with gluten.
      Great job Buddy!
