Are you saying people in Japan who ate absolutely nothing but rice basically just died of poisoning or were genetically predisposed to be ok with this gluten. The sheer amount of countries where near all of the diet was rice is just not making sense with what you’re saying. Unless this is absolutely a completely modern disease.

Rice was the last grain I gave up. Because I was overwhelmed trying to find safe supplements & bread without it. You resolved both for me. And my hair stopped falling out & it started growing back.
Thank you Dr Osborne!! I love Warrior Bread & your safe supplements!!
Sadly I can't seem to convince others how toxic it is. Even organic ... They have been told it's safe & completely benign. The difference after giving it up was astonishing. I didn't realize how much harm it was doing. I do now.

Yep. I didn't start truly improving until I eliminated rice. And legumes as welol, but mainly the rice. I also have come to suspect it is in some way.... perhaps outright impossible, to recover without boron supplementation. I don't know why this is, but it takes months, and ultimately over a year of supplementation, to plateau.

Shortly after 2:18 mins. in this video, he says something like "as discussed previously... ", "Gluten causes damage at 20 parts per million". I wonder which previous Y-tube video of his went into detail about that? Validated or backed up that assertion? I wonder also if this means that ALL people should absolutely avoid taking any supplements with rice powder in it? (as an excipient, in minute amounts, etc.) Earlier this year, I bought several bottles of: a magnesium supplement, called MagTein Magnesium L-Threonate. Now I'm torn between whether to take it, as directed, as a daily supplement, or to discard it.
If I could watch Dr. O's previous Y-tube video, covering this phenomenon (of a very little bit of rice being quite unhealthy, and (?) even in powder form - still harmful?), I think it would help me to make a better informed decision. Toss it, or take it?

I have MCAS and I'm unable to eat most things that come from a plant without cramping, bloating, muscle fatigue, insomnia, heart palpitations, swelling etc. I eat mostly pastured beef, butter oil and certified organic white jasmine rice from Cambodia. I do fine with that rice. If I stopped I'd no have carb source and lose too much weight. Other rices though like, brown rice, rice flour, rice noodles, rice crackers definitely make me feel tired and bloated. I want to try wild rice but it's way too expensive for my budget.

Sounds like you might have CIRS, get properly tested because if you’ve only tested urine for mycotoxin then the result won’t be accurate. Some of us can’t detox therefore it wouldn’t show up in the urine. Checkout Nutrition With Judy and find out the tests you can get done to find out.

@h.o.j2375 Interesting, thank you I will look into this!
I have a double mutation on the PON1 gene which I suspect has something to do with my issues (lack of ability to clear toxins including naturally occuring ones that are found in all plants). Though I haven't seen any studies on this in humans.

You are explaining my EoE despite my gluten free diet. Rice/Soya with the activation of the IgE (eosinophilia) decrease the stomach acid with the fat/vitamin B12/iron malabsortion and believe me that the symtoms were wors that the classical gluten free reaction.
I can also say that these foods increase my TSH ( high insulin load or eosinophilis thyroiditis?????)
I still do not understand why oats are labeled as a gluten free in Italy while in Australia they are not permitted.
Also all these foods, despite being no OGM, they are full of pestycides.
