I used to get can whole potatoes at our save a lot untill the flood took it out, they also carried a big family size of potatoes with green beans I would add onions and vegan smoked sausage😋yummy my kids really loved it even if they didn't know it was vegan
I've had those very beans (bought dried in a bag of one pound of dried speckled beans - reminiscent of Jacob's cattle beans - the spotted beans from the Genesis narrative).
I am very impressed!! I had no idea how to make any of this, and with dollar tree items!! I want to change my diet and go as vegan as possible. Thanks!! Will watch more videos, glad I found you!!!

Thank you for doing this. Been trying to eat healthier, but most of the recipes I've found have called for ingredients that are either unavailable near me or are hellish expensive in local stores. These gave me some great ideas!
Great vid! Since I got my instapot, it's been amazing! Got it off Amazon & it takes 47 mins to cook pinto, blk and northern & only 18 mins for split pea soup!
Didn't have Jarred spaghetti sauce one time and I borrowed some from someone but all she had was pizza sauce, and I'm telling you it's just the way I like my spaghetti sauce.
