So all NSAIDs causes the blood pressure to rise except for asprin which is used for HTN patients?

How do NSAIDS carry a risk for bleeding and for clots?
So for a patient taking aspirin, the patient shows bruising and tinnitus would you report both of these symptoms to the HCP?

A little confusing at one point. Title says NSAIDs, but you also cover acetaminophen, which isn't an NSAID, right?
Yes, but since acetaminophen is also a antipyretic and analgesic, it is often included in this group, eventhough it isn't a NSAIDs.
