Re: the lineside piles of "timber" @7:00..."ties, but no turtles!!!" 😉 Too bad you were "late to the gate" as Local 356 approached...I know the feeling! Our CSX local here (Davenport FL) L772 has a way of either taking "forever" to get here, showing up extra early to make-way for Amtraks 91 or 98, or just flat-out doesn't show up despite being "within radio range" for hours!! 👍👍✔✔
Sounded like a Leslie RS-5T or RS3 air horn on that NS freight, not the usual Nathan's You hear,that's the cool thing about filming trains is all the different types of power,GE and EMD, Nathan and Leslie air horns You can sometimes hear!🛤🚂

I just made a comment to Jawtooth about that on his channel. Norfolk Southern is leasing a bunch of them UP engines. Apparently they have a shortage on power right now. It's no secret that Union Pacific has a bunch of power sitting out in the desert and long funeral trains a perfectly good power. I would imagine they made a sweet deal to Norfolk Southern for some of that.
