7:10 - It's nice to see the Santa Fe logo before it became BNSF. 12:55 - Yup, lots of mountainous terrain in Massachussetts. No wonder they need all those SUVs. (Roll eyes.)
Seen some SP,one N&W,like those refers, cool shot of Ethanol train coming out of smoke and the is the barking seal sound the couplers moving around, scrubbing together!🛤🚂
Amazing that a Northern Pacific gondola car is still in use. Northern Pacific became a fallen flag in 1970 and was part of the merger that created the power house railroad Burlington Northern.
By the "look of things" (i.e. "Fallen Flags"), I'd say M367 raided a few model train toy boxes to make up the two consists you videoed!! Wow...ATSF, NdeM, Southern, not to mention a bunch of SP relics, some of them "well-preserved"!! Not so sure about that "Northern Pacific" covered hopper early-on...herald looked a bit too-pristine...more like a DIY "heritage" attempt!! 👍👍
Another epic train video Wide World of Trains 🚂 I love watching them so much you are the only railfan on TH-cam that I watch I wish I could help your channel but I'll keep watching also I kind of feel bad every time I miss a premiere but I make sure I watch the replay p.s DPU ALRIGHT 🚂🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃🚂
Great Independence Day production, Mike. Thanks. That CSX M467 was that a manifest or minestrone soup? It had a little bit or a lot of everything. WOW, here come the auto racks … with a horn salute!
Happy 4th of July to all the train engineers, conductors, and everyone else in the rail industry that work nights, weekends, and holidays to haul that freight across this great nation of ours🇺🇸
And to WWoT who is THE most dedicated and consistent rail fan on TH-cam. Also the longest tenured between him and Trainmankight both started in 2007 not sure who launched first.
Love your channel and watching those trains! I decided to make my own little channel and just posted my first video! I’m wondering how you know the information about the train (number, origin, destination, etc) as it passes you. Any guidance? Thanks again!
Awesome 4th of July video, Mike! Loads of fallen flags, a grey bonnet on the tanker train & a winter flashback to make me feel comfortable! I ain't heard the term 'Crotch Rocket' for awhile, kudos for bringing it back. Thanks Mike from Wide World of Trains on TH-camaah.
