I wish I knew your first name so I could thank you properly. I've had a really hard last 24 hours. My daughter had to put down her pet 🦔, plus I'm dealing with a lot of other things also. I made myself breathe deeply and relax as I was watching, all the while so grateful to you for your videos. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!! Have a wonderful weekend!! Sending love as always from Baton Rouge!! 💙💙
I'm sorry to hear that you've been going through some things. I can't imagine how hard it's been and hope you and your daughter will find peace and comfort soon. - Thun
I cant say I ever came across this dessert, or similar to it -- but I d totally try it Can I try substituting red bean filling for the mungbean; ( I think I d skip the scallion but I d trust ur suggestions : )
Hi Anna, yes you can substitute with other fillings like red bean. Even a sweet sesame filling would be great. The scallion is definitely unique. You don't taste it much but it adds a savory element to the dessert.

Why the single use of gloves if you make your own desert at home?
