My chocolates turned out gorgeous! Thank you for the recipe! I used amaretto and can't wait to give them as favors this Valentine's. Do they have to stay refrigerated? I took mine out after an hour and they started to get soft.
no offence but, may be the diamond mould youve used had some water in it which is the enemy of chocolate idk whether it was water or reflection but still.
In order to show us a video, you must first get the necessary tools and learn to work cleanly. What you do here is primitive, you use a knife instead of a palette, and you working dirty , all over and everything around dirty with chocolate. Apart from that, the alcohol must be mixed with a chocolate ganache .
I'm sorry! I am a Chef/Cook/Baker! Nice try but this was wrong is so many ways! You didn't temper your chocolate! That's why the finish product was dull and will melt on your fingers so you'd better just pop the whole thing in your mouth! I could go on but I won't! Everything is a learning process. I suggest checking out more content before attempting to make candy!
They’re liquor filled candy… I don’t think anybody will be taking numerous bites to have it melt, kill joy. You pop it in your mouth and you become a happy person

Yes it gets a little hard on deep chilling but much softer than the outer shell comparatively. Njoy
