You looks noticably bigger than when I first subbed. As someone who's coming down from being obese I do envy the calisthenic advantages (stuck at 10 pull-ups) but I'm sure putting on weight can be just as hard. , keep up the work!🙏
I think I might understand what you shared at the end. I wish you well. When I was your age I had trouble seeing the way forward and looking past what I believed were setbacks. I had to learn to work through challenges and steer the greater arc of my being. Having moved through the places I had to be - much of it makes sense in retrospect, and helped to make me who I am. The feelings along the journey are valuable. You may already be wiser than I was. You are the master and commander of the ship of your destiny. You are steering the ship! Great job.

Dont neglect the tricep, i see you did like 3 exercises with a ton of sets for biceps.
This is what i would do:
Skull crusher 2 sets (8-15 reps)
1-2 sets of tricep pushdown (rope or flat bar)
1-2 sets single hand preacher curl
1-2 sets hammer curls
Don't forget to measure the biceps 💪 cheers
