Post your eating. At your size and age getting enough calories and protein is 80% while lifting is 20%
I know it’s tough for the ego to drop the weight, but drop the weight on your incline and play around with it until you feel your upper chest being targeted more. Sometimes the mind muscle connection is better with lighter weights and will lead to more gains if you stay consistent and slowly add weight as you get stronger and more confident with the incline

I respect your commitment to fitness. I’ve fallen off my fitness routine. I took a short trip (requiring a sleep cycle adjustment) and it messed me up a bit. I’ll have at least a short workout Sunday to get back into a routine. Hope your stomach recovered. If I eat too much too late it gives me acid indigestion.

I wish I did this when I was your age. Stay consistent and you will have a body you're proud of. Word of the wise bulk slow and monitor your weight once in a while or you'll become a marshmallow I learned the hard way 😅.

so i suggest when u bench u go for less reps heavy weight so u can get stronger the most u should be doing is 5 if your bulking trust me the first month of me going to the gym i did the same thing then i realized if i wanna get stronger i have to go heavy that was a year or so and now my max is 280 but i respect the grind ofc Just trying to help also the reason u dont need to alot of reps its like alot of cardio doing that obviously u sure do cardio but not much on a bulk maybe 3-5 min like on a treadmill or running outside But anyways just trying help.

Yeah, actually I’m gonna make a full day of eating video here very soon. But yeah my snacks vary from popcorn with like 3 handfuls of Chex mix, protein bars, ice cream, protein cereal,’or fruit.

Not bad for a guy so young. But get that full ROM, stop using weights too heavy, and get those strict sets to failure in including the weighted stretch (the bottom of a curl, for example). And don't do a million sets. "Spamming" is a TikTok meme that doesn't actually work. Get more out of less.

I don’t do forearms, but I have before. What I sometimes did was forearm curls with dumbbells, and then I had a bar with a 30 pound weight with a rope on it I twisted
