    Ok...so I attempted this workout yesterday. I'm really weak so I only got about half way through. Also I have 3 kids in soccer that had games so I had to cut it short. I am so sore today! It's a great workout. I am totally adding this to my regular workout routine. Maybe one day I'll get to do the whole thing. Baby steps! Thanks for the great video!

    Love the natural setting and the variety of ab workouts too!!
    Would love you to redo the stretching videos in this setting so I can transition to those for an additional cool down in the same natural uninterrupted setting.

    I thought I was in good shape until I tried this. Wow, so tough but so great. Thanks Rosalie. I’m about to turn 50 and with your help, I’ll be in better shape than when I was 30.

    Love this new workout! It really kept my heart up, so got my cardio in as well. Had to shy away from the pull ups on my back due to my shoulder, but still did them laying on my stomach. Thank you for another awesome workout Rosalie!

    Rosalie, you are looking younger and more beautiful as the years go on. And it’s great that you make the time to reply to comments and help out people who need it. We are going to buy this version very soon, but there isn’t an ab crunch accessory included. Is that really necessary? Thanks. I’m watching all your videos. Very inspirational.

    Hey doll I have this total gym, where do I hook the pulley cables on this one? I can't imagine them being made without the pulley being able to be attached 🤔🤔

      Ok I saw it but that total gym is different than the one here it doesn't have that thing at the top to attach it to if so I don't see it
