Perform your 10 reps of rope pull throughs, rest 75 secs, then perform your 10 reps per side on the side plank lift, and then rest another 75secs before going back to rope pull throughs again. Repeat this for 4 total rounds.
yeah i needed somethng that i could do at my house. I have tha basic stuff the weights and all that but what are some good ones like sit ups and push upps and do I need as much upper body strenght as lower body strenght
Please do more goalie workout vids but ones you can do at home

these exercises seem all great but can you explain how it's more sport specific, like why have a plate on the foot for the lung? To get more ROM?
