In the US a lot of sidewalks are privately owned, like in front of some stores or hotels, but they cannot deny public access. They can't come out and tell you to get off their land. Private does not always mean you can't be there.
Why do they think that they can tell the public what to do. They don't own the air space, which is why we the people can buy a drone and fly them in/from a lot of public places.❤❤❤❤
