Why are public servants so upset IF people record vehicle registration numbers, the reason why there on the outside and the front and back so the general public can view them and report untaxed vehicles.
They must have memos about number plates it’s amazing how many are straight to that conclusion. If they acted within policy there would be very low threat to any police unfortunately they screw me over every time I have a interaction so I hate the lots from the few bad ones I’ve dealt with

Or a bingo card. then at some random point shout "BINGO" and show them the card with all the phrases they've said. It will expose them for following a training script and not using their brains.
