Papon on the other hand comes from a family of musicians. Both his parents were singers. He started quite late in his career. His unique vocal tone is his strength. He loves to mix & match traditional with modern sounds be it singing or instruments. He had his own band,not sure if it still exists. He moved away from Assam for his career so you might see him more on musical shows & doing more Hindi songs than Zubeen. Zubeen on the other hand loves to do music in Assamese.
