What a blast. This was an excellent retrospective which gave me a rush of good memories and new appreciation. Keep up the good work, and have a nice day.
Watching this Retrospective has me love this game even more than I did 14 years ago. This was my first ever Sonic game that I've played AND beaten on my own. The Nintendo DS was a fantastic handheld and I'm so grateful that I had one thanks to my mom at the time. Sonic Rush Adventure was an amazing experience I wish I could enjoy the second time around.
Love both of your Rush retrospectives! They’re fair and do a really good job of covering the games in such a short time. Looking forward to what you do next!
I’m a bit bias because I played SRA first, but I prefer it to the original because there’s it actually feels like you’re searching the ocean looking for materials/emeralds/etc. The minigames really help tie it all together, in my opinion. The music also sounds slightly more “organic” if that makes any sense.
Honestly, Sonic Rush Adventure is one of my favorite Sonic games EVER! Thanks for this retrospective, I wish I've seen it before I made video on Rush Adventure myself since we talk a lot of the same points: th-cam.com/video/1tmajW-ULtg/w-d-xo.html

I can’t stress enough how much this game means to me, it’s what got me obsessed with sonic. Great analysis 👍
Sonic Rush Adventure(to me) is the best handheld Sonic game ever.
