I always thought the similarities in hyperspace frequency and stargate subspace frequency where an adaptation by the wraith. It would make sense, so the lantians could only use the atteo device if they where willing to destroy their own infrastructure
There have gotta be far more than 60 hives, especially with how many we see late in the series and the fact that they could have easily hunted all of them down once they got Asgard weapons if there were that few left
Great video about the Wraith Hiveship, and you giving the best detail breakdown about said ship. Your measurements of the Wraith Hiveship is the best ones for the correct size, just missing the height measurement. Now just have to wait for the Wraith Cruiser to appear in the future.

For the size you could use the images from the episode were the deadalus was place between the hollow space in the hive (can't remember why they did that)
I did have that imagine and I choose not to use due to it being a wire frame animation and not to direct scale it was shown on the episode were the wraith had a brief alliance with the wraith in season 2
In the series i had the Impression that the size variys in differnt shots and scenes. That aside i like to think the ships are growing as they are ageing.
@DieSuper-Influencer also to note the ship scaling I the show was never correct this was even stated by Brad Wright the ships were animated to look good for the scene rather than for size accuracy witch as someone who likes ship specification it's really hard to get a 100% conformation on ships sizes outside of the CGI model size witch again can be manipulated to be smaller or larger for the scene

Just to remind you that there is an episode in Stargate Atlantis, where Michael, the rate that was turned into a human and the trying to get the retrovirus. There is actually a screen that shows the deadliest sitting in between the gap of the high ships in the centre of the ship, so you might be able to get a proper estimate using that.

Um I'm sure someone pointed this out already regarding the Atlantis shields. If I'm not mistaken, with Atlantis submerged the Wraith were unable to penetrate it's shields and essentially gave up and went into hibernation and the Atlantean s' ascended and abandoned the city. I thought that was the basis for practically the whole show?

I can confirm the lenght of the Hive ship between 9,100 and 9,500 IF compared to your estimes of a 600 meter X304. THE SCENE od George Hammond crashing into a hive has that ratio as legitimate. Personally i think the X304 is only 400 meterd so 13 x 400 would make the lower end 5.2 km as just as likely

Hybrids spread thru the gate system and started to rump up their technology. Picked the tech with smalest infrastructure needed to build, repair and maintain their ships, as possible - they simply need a host or few and location with plenty of resources and natural power source(s) to assist in "hatching" the ships.

I understand that when wraith are in status, there is a fluid transfer between the ship and the wraith, but it could go both ways for power and regeneration like it does with borg or the humans in the Mattix movies I also understand that Michael had his own room on the show but it didn't make sense that individual wraith have their own rooms. Did he only get it AFTER he started turning humans into hybrids? Because that would make more sense to me as he would want to get away from his soldiers every so often as he isn't a queen and couldn't handle the stress of leadership as well as a queen could

The drones are not affected by that as they just impact the ship from the outside and I didint take the coment as you was say ots my opinion I just thought to just clarify where the info came from that's all so no worrys mate

Shields usually have some type of coherency (like static electric shields on a surface or the teh earth's magnetic field). I suspect the interference is similar to present day electronic jamming that interferes with radio signals, such as radio, radar, GPS signals, and drone communications. Fundamentally, radio signals of the proper frequency is blasted so that the noise is greater than the signal. If I recall correctly (and I might not), I think the show used the term "jamming" or "interfere". As such, the jamming would not effect other weapon systems. The Wraiths could have initially used Lantean technologies, but over time developed (or grew) their own technologies, but can still use Lantean components or scientific principles. Lacking ZPMs and Lantean industrial base, the Wraiths had to follow a separate technology tree beyond a certain point, like space travel. With regards to their society, I suspect it is a hybrid society. It is a hive society at the lower levels (warriros), but have greater individual autonomy as the level gets higher.
