I haven't made broccoli soup in years and you have reminded me how much I love it. I will be making some soon! I also am anxious to try ground beef in the crockpot now. Have never done! Glad you are feeling better🙃

I’m a new viewer and first time commenter. I found you 2 days ago and like your videos so much and have been binge watching you. Your meals all look delicious! I live in Oklahoma but one of son’s lives on the DePauw campus. So maybe when we visit his family, we will head up to Shipshewanee too, and I’m sure I misspelled that. Thank you for making so many good videos. ❤️
So much deliciousness in this video! I’m definitely trying the ground beef in the crockpot soon! So glad you’re feeling better. Thanks for sharing your wonderful meals 😊
Wow. Did this bring back a memory from childhood. We had a Rex Roast Beef in our town and we'd eat there almost every pay day Friday night. I'd just get the regular roast beef and the drink and cookie. My mom always got the baked potato. We called her the party pooper.
I often went to Rax in the mid 80s. Can’t remember ever eating anything except their salad bar. They had a fantastic salad bar! (There are not any in Michigan anymore)
Definitely going to be trying the crockpot ground beef. Would be easy way to cook it since i live in RV right now!! Thanks for the idea!! I love tostadas too but i don’t make them enough. I think i will have taco Monday haha
You call them tostados, we call them chalupas, but they are so good! Here's how I make my Spanish rice (long grain white) 1 1/2 -2 cups rice, sauteed in oil (just enough to coat rice) until it starts to change color; add your 3 or 4 cups water, 1 small can tomato sauce; handful chopped onion; handful chopped bell pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder; stir; bring to a boil, cover, turn heat to LOW for a couple minutes (if using an electric stove), turn off leaving covered. 40-45 minutes later its done, uncover, stir... enjoy Very easy and delicious. Hope you try this. Love watching your channel!!!

I love that ... we loved Rax so much!
There's still a Rax here in harlan ky,I'm pretty sure it's the only one left in Kentucky
oh man ... I would be hitting that up!! =)
If you add carrots to your broccoli soup, it will taste more like Panera

I totally forgot about their salad bar!!

Taco Monday for the win! LOL ... and yes! That would be a very convenient way for you!
You never said how long to cook the meat in the crockpot?
Cook on low for 4-6 hours =)
