The sandwich looked awesome and the tomato slice looked substantial enough until you added all the meat and cheese. I'd have added more tomato for ratio but otherwise looked good. Or maybe I'd have dialed down some on the meat and cheese. Great variety of dishes. I've never done tortellini in a cold salad but keep meaning to. I have to do that one of these days.

Hi Sandy! Thank you! For the pork chops, we use bottled italian dressing & brown sugar. I friend gave us this recipe years ago and didn't have measurements. I used a full bottle (about 12-14 oz) of italian dressing and about a cup of brown sugar for 16 pork chops this time around. We usually marinate overnight or for several hours, if we can. James uses the marinade to brush over the chops as they are grilling. These are a favorite and we often take them to pitch ins and everyone loves them!
Yes! I don't measure but it's just Italian dressing (in the bottle) and brown sugar. I pour in enough dressing to cover the chops & a nice portion of brown sugar. I'd say for maybe 6 chops, I'd use about 8 oz of dressing and 1/3 cup of brown sugar. Those are just rough estimations.

Add in vanilla stir to combine. I use my hand mixer (or stand mixer) on low to gradually mix in powdered sugar. If it needs thinned out, add milk. Or to thicken, add more powdered sugar.
