    For the 1st question, D'long is 30×60 = 1800 minutes. Therefore the final distance between Posn A and Posn B will be
    Cos 20° × 1800' = 1691.4 Nm

    In my opinion, as long as it is not clearly defined the (given) distance can be as well DLong as Departure. Both are distances and since it is given in NM I asumed it was DLong. Correct me if I am wrong.

      Good Day! Initial Position or Long A is 10 deg East. D'long is 6 deg 32 mins towards the West of Long A. Therefore, final position arrived will be 3 deg 28 mins East.

      If you try it yourself it probably will be better :-) You yust sometimes need to read an listen double or triple cause a mistake is made easyly.
