  • In this video, I share a flip through of the first ten days of The 100 Day Project and answer questions I have received about the art papers I have created.
I am also taking one art paper and using it to create an art journal page in my Salvaged Journal. Come along and be inspired!!

I was inspired by your 100 day project to start incorporating tea bags in my art journal pages as well. I have been making what I call my "messy papers" using translucent elements, such as the tea bags, deli paper, tissue, napkin and layering them, adding paint and water-soluble crayons and sewing. Then they get torn up and added to journal pages, I am really enjoying working like this! Someone asked me on my latest video how I did my "messy papers" so it looks like I am going to have to record that as well - no great hardship, I enjoy making the papers so much. Thanks for the inspiration!

Roben-Marie, what would you call your creative style? I’d call it Pretty Grunge or Girly Grunge or Gorgeous Grunge. Somehow I feel it needs to incorporate the word grunge in a good way. :-)

Hey!! I agree, it does need grunge in it....not sure exactly. Thanks so much!! 😉
