The problem you described: someone interrupts your current task A to discuss another task B and then while you're working on task A, you're now also thinking about task B which slows down your focus on task A because your atention is now split. I face this problem at work all the time. The situation seems unavoidable in my workplace and the Getting things done list (Gtd List) is a tool I often use to maintain my focus when facing this problem. Did you hear about this Gtd list before? And what's your thoughts on it?
