  • In this video, we remove the radiator and grill from the 1955 International r-184. This is the second video in a series as we attempt to rescue this truck and bring it back to road worthy condition.

    Another great video! 🙂👍 those front panels are always in rough shape. I owned 2 1954's at one time.

      I'm working on those front panels now, Im 13 patch panels in. I can't buy any replacement body parts in Canada though, so I gotta work with what I've got!

    when i worked on mine i popped the hood right off. mine was a 54 short box 220 silver diamond

    What do you plan to do with the bed?? I also think a repaint in a really 50's pastel colour would like nice, perhaps surf green, or a pale daphne blue, or keep the original red with a white dash and white wheels?

      Well, I wanted a roll back bed so that I could use it as a car/toy hauler but right now it looks like I may just flat bed it. Maybe add a beaver tail to make loading and unloading easier. I think the paint will stay red outside and I agree with the white wheels and interior too. I'm not 100% on them yet, but that's what I was thinking as well
