This week I was planning to work on the rear differential on my Bandit TransAM, however, I got a little distracted when I took #ProjectSnowman outside the garage to make room. Ended up hooking up the trailer and going for a little ride - man what a treat it is to run this thing down the road! Afterwards I had a visit from Brett and Brady from Exclusive Auto Works (780-729-7119) onsite glass who made quick work of the front/rear glass in the TA and shared some of their knowledge around auto glass. Then, I finally get to open the packages sent from Quick Performance including replacement axles, a Yukon Gear Posi, new 3:90 ring and pinion and a complete install kit to make this old differential better than new.

Hi Mark. What about the 88 FLC? Did you get or did you have to let her go? Please let us know. Please and thank you.

@TwinStix Almost 😅 there Mark.😉👍 You’ve definitely got projects to do to keep you busy for some time now my friend. Thanks for the ride along in “Snowman” & showcasing some of Canadas pretty weather that day. Still hoping to make a trip up to visit you & MrsTwinStix if I can find the time. Stay safe & work safe.

@@TwinStix and the Sheriff's car
I'm with you
The PCE is coming home, not sure about the sheriff’s car.
Snowman looks legit when its got the trailer with it! That project really turned out nice. The old wheels really do add to the realist look of the movie truck. Good job!
Watching the rig pull out of the yard, the Dayton’s on the trailer remind me of Keystone mag wheels from back in the day. Looking so cool!
There’s nothing cooler than seeing someone with a dream to make something happen, making it happen. Snowman build is so cool
Brad is really cool, knows his job and likes to talk about it! Learned a lot in just a few minutes. 100% ! 😁
100 percent!
Brett* he’s my dad! And yes he is I’m so proud of him!

Great video 📹 100 %. Thank you for the opportunity to help with your glass.
Looking forward to working with you 👍
Good job dad!❤️xoxo-kaykay
Geesz Mark…. The ole Snowman Sound’s fit and strong the ole 855 runs tip top 👌👍
Just wanted to say thank you for all the great content you've done throughout the years. Hope to see oh smoky , one day from here in the states
GOOD JOB DAD! I’m so proud of you and it’s awesome seeing you on TH-cam .
Dad??? Who is this 😂
@@TwinStix Brett’s oldest daughter 😂 you should ask him the next time you see him
Ah that makes more sense 😂 yeah he’s an expert in his craft and a hell of a nice guy!
@@TwinStix yes you seem like a nice dude yourself
Morning Twinsticks garage family..and friends ❤...I love how he explained the forces of glass...the beer can explanation...if u will...how the force of it causes the glass to break into little shards ..to prevent the passenger from getting cut up...neat...never knew there was so much to know or learn about glass....also the rear end components....teamed with a 500+ horse engine...boy boy..❤🇨🇦✝️🇺🇸❤️✝️
Snowman rig is back together again! Just like Lester, and Earl,Fred and Ginger!😁
I've owned KW's and Pete's, and I always liked the KW flat dash and the Pete Corvette dash.
I was just going to comment the same thing.
Nothing better than enjoying the fruits of your labor. Leave the centre cap of the steering wheel crooked to drive the complainers crazy. Great video as always
That snowman truck and trailer is simply beautiful! My favorite of yours. Congratulations!
The people you have helping out with various jobs are awesome. These guys today were great! I would send them business in a heartbeat if I was still in Alberta. Love the content and the genuine feel to the videos.
What a gem in the glass guy. Always refreshing when you hire someone and they actually know what they are doing.
Hire? 😂
Hi Mark!! i always see that it looks like the sterring wheel isnt centred on Snowman and it messes with my OCD massively hahaha. great job on snowman, and great job on the Little by Little so far!!! cant wait to see it finished!
Stephen, Manchester, UK
Looking at snow man hooked up gives me goosebumps because it's so freaking amazing.
I drive a pretty sweet truck for a living but still remember what it’s like to put a day in one of those. 👍🏽 love it Mark.
Have a great weekend buddy good luck Mark
I know its just a British thing but the Smokey trailer seems a long way back from the sleeper pod. We have long kingpins @ 1.5 metres (13.6 metre trailer length minus 12.1 metres kingpin to rear) and so trailer fronts are pretty close to cab rears.
Its a beautiful looking rig though and you must be SO damn proud to have achieved what I guess has been a very long term ambition. 👏👌
This brings back a lot of memories. I miss my 84' Pete 359, but quit driving truck to join the "Smokie's". Better pension.
Can’t wait till you get the 5th wheel freed up so the trailer sits farther forward.
I used POR 15 for my truck frame when o converted the bed to a flatbed. They had a top dressing available to help with UV protection as I recall.
The glass guy is a wealth of knowledge. Very interesting
Hey mark, snowman looks and sounds epic!! Like every project that ANYONE does, once you got them to the point YOU think they are finished, there is ALWAYS more to be done. So ignore the haters, and keep doing what you are doing.
Yeah Projects are never done … some stuff breaks, some stuff never got done the 1st time and some stuff you want to change 😂
I think I enjoy you taking Snowman out for a run almost as much as you do!
Mark just wanna say been a HUGE FAN since day One with the Twin Stick Pete and the Bandit Kenworth!!!! My Dad was a Trucker for 34yrs!!! My Dad was the one Who got me to Appreciate and Love Semi. Keep up the Great work and can't for the Finish on the Pete, Trans Am and Cabovers!!!! The guy who is gonna fix your windshield LOVES HIS JOB and that is a Plus. Enjoy your Day and Remember if You Bought it a Trucker Brought it
Stunning truck i painted my white black and gold once i thought i was great 👍👍 have a great day
Oh Man!! You did an incredible job on SNOWMAN!!! I love it!!!!!!!!
I was literally thinking about commenting how the crooked steering wheel was bugging me…then the subtitle came up. Started dying laughing! 😂🤣
You and your Jakes crack me up ... Keep it up Mark !
Having had a Bandit Special back in my misspent youth I can confirm Mrs Twinstick will not have to worry about learning how to light em up. Owned a lot of road eating muscle cars in my teens and 20s ( one of the joys of getting one's DL in the late 70s is those 5 and 6 figure classics today were 400 dollar beaters then) and that TA was the only one I owned where I didn't have to try smoking tires but had to actively try to not light em up.
Snowman sounds so good with the extra load of the trailer!
Agreed 😎
...well if that doesn't get Shane over at Stevens LTD to fix his Jake Brakes on his Peterbilt - hah, nothing will. Cool truck(s) Mark, you not only are making the dream, but you're also living it - well done.
Mark, you did well to find that movie correct sat nav😂.
Learned a lot about glass good episode Mark, sure a lot of people commenting about crooked steering wheel LOL keep up the good work!!
Ah dude your living the dream if our roads weren't tiny here in uk and I had the money I'd love to have the snowman keep up the good work dude
The glass guys had lots of good information. It was interesting to listen to.
100 percent!
Good morning twin stix fam! Looks like another Great episode as usual mark! And we are all here to watch it!! Yall have a great day!
That glass dude knows his stuff, really cool vid.
Wonderful job done on the bandit truck and trailer it is gorgeous you are living a dream !!
II like 👍 to see the bandit Put back to the original inside and outside just like the one in the movie 🎥 you have a day 😮
Good people . He knows his craft.
Mornin Mark, Thank you for this episode, I have learned more about glass than I ever knew before. Those guys know their stuff and the way they explained it, it was easy to understand. I love it when you take snowman for a run, I have looked over many of those hoods and listened to the same jakes, it sure does bring back some memories. I'm looking forward as always to next weeks episode, have a great week Mark say hello to Mrs. Twin stix for us.
Thank you for chatting with us when you're working on your toys the day you stop talking is the day I stop it's like being there with you when you're talking you're explaining what you doing
LOL beautiful Ride Mark! It's always an awesome sight to see. You should take Baby Snowman out and place him to take a picture together. Try to get it so Baby Snowman in the foreground is almost the same size as yours!!Hey ya,, w3hat's with the steering wheel!!!???.. LOL
Cheers!
Earl
First again!
Snowman and trailer are really sharp. Your use of the old Alcoa wheels on Snowman does set it apart from most other Snowman replicas.
I won't say anything about the steering wheel... although it would annoy me. 😁
Given the age and condition of the T/A, I would expect the entire drive line to be pretty much worn out, so a full rebuilt is in order.
Quick Performance I believe is located in Ames, Ia.
They're about 30 Minutes North of Me from Ankeny, IA!
I recognized that 515 Area Code when You rolled open the Poster!
Yes that's our Area Code! LOL 😁 😆 🤣 😂
A LOT of good things for Cars Fishing and Food & different things come from Iowa!
I love how almost half of the video is him driving the truck. Makes me want to jump in a rig and go out on a drive.
These guys are glass whisperers!!!
That guy is a glass genius!!
That thing is brilliant bro well done
What was the outcome at the auction?

I learned a lot from the glass man. Thanks.
I’m here for the trucks, love the channel. See you next week.
Fab vid mt, looking forwards to the diff rebuild m.
ta mt, have a good weekend
Ones a week I go over my track and trailer I haul the same trailer all the time so I look after it as if it was my own
Mark, the Bandit 2 car is coming along good. Dif will be a ride getting it dialed-in.. Mrs. TwinStick will be smoking those TIRES going down the road..
it's got the correct nose to be ban one.
Another great video, really enjoying the content.
I know I mentioned this before regarding the 5th wheel coupling position and how the trailer sits really far back. You explained how it’s seized requiring a lot of work to free it up. Just a thought could you loosen it at all, hook to the trailer then back up freeing up the 5th wheel using the trailer to push the 5th wheel towards the sleeper?
I tried every trick I know to break it free and damn near broke the trailer pin off trying to get it to move 🤦♂️
Fair enough mate, I am sure that eventually you will sort it and I will just have to rein in my OCD for now 😊
I love your laugh if you use the jake brake
🎉😂
Morning from Alabama! Looking good!
That truck is is awesome mark

I love hearing a Jake Brake (Engine Brake) System on a semi truck 🚛. 🙂
Dana wolffe ,s father painted the original truck in the movie😊 always love the aitbrushed masterpiece 2:08
Hi Mark, don’t worry about the steering wheel, have you got the Speedo and Tacho fixed yet?
Hey mark, why the steering wheel on the snowman is crooked? Just kidding bro! 😂😂😂😂😂 That thing is so beautiful! Cheers 🍻 from Miami.
Damn. Snowman looks awesome.
The Exclusive Auto Works guys really seem to know their stuff.
did you get the Buford t justice car and did you win the auction
Thanks for taking that sweet Baby out for a ride Brother 😅
Should we take this out for a drive...................hell yeah !!!!!
Dog gone it Mark 😅 your video's are great you sure put in a alot hard work
Mark I was a little concerned to see sidewall splits in the “Snowman” trailer whilst you were adjusting the brakes. Great video though! 👍🏻👏🏻🍺
Nothing to worry about with an empty trailer 👍
@@TwinStix, that’s ok then buddy, you would definitely get a fine for that in the UK, keep up the great work Mark! 🇬🇧👍🏻👏🏻
If he says 100% one more time!😂😂😂..jpjp...had to say it❤❤
New drinking game lol
Still can’t believe I got to sit in that seat🥰
Love it!!
G'day mate from Australia. Just wondering if you are going ti get all the gauges working?
Tried … if you go back to an episode last year you’ll see why 👀
Hi mark great video
When will you move the trailer closet to the cab
I’d have to pull the 5th wheel off the truck and flip it to get access to the seized actuator and it’s just not that high up on the list right now…
Love the smokey and the bandit truck it's my favourite film have you got a false wall in the back of the trailer to look like boxes of Coors?
Hello, & nice sidewall - cracks on that inside tires.......
Ah you don’t need to worry about those 😂
Snowman looks great, are you going to move your fith wheel?
When someone offers to come over and remove the fifth wheel off the truck to flip it and replace the seized actuator 😂
Hi Mark. Did you purchase the 1988 Freightliner FLC, and are you going to turn into The Porkchop Express? If you did, GREAT! If you didn't, I think I'm gonna cry. But I'll understand. Please let us know. Please and Thank you.

Where was the auction ? I looked for it at Edmonton and Grande Praire and couldn’t find it online anywhere.
Any guy that would paint his truck like this would go to a minister's funeral dressed in feathers.
Hook up the micro switches on your clutch and foot feed so you can Jake like we did in the 70’s
They’re there and working 👍
Snowman.....is ❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
You just need a black deck plate on snowman would look awesome
🤔
As a thought 💭, maybe get a temp sensor to check the temperature of the hubs. Some truck drivers have them too make sure their hubs stay cool
Good morning from the birthplace of woody Guthrie, Okemah, Oklahoma
Are you the happy owner of the Pork Chop Express?! The suspense is killing me! Lol
11:52 😅 yep a lot of fun
It would be cool to have a stack of coors boxes when you open the back doors. Even if they were dummy boxes
When do we get a more In depth video on the freight shaker pork chop did you buy
That skinny pedal on the right is called the LOUD pedal!!!!
