How to fix native controller support interfering with steam input because sls run on 2 braincells

Huge shoutout to Hyper for assisting me to find the problem and how to fix it.
For me so far the fix seems permanent, if thats not the case for you, the best you can do is simply repeat the fix as many times are necessary.
