Matthew and Julia Roberts did not meet on the set. They had already been going out by the time she guest starred in the Super Bowl episode. They only dated a few months and broke up soon after that.
Naprosto souhlasim rodice ho znicili vytvořili trauma kterym trpel cely zivot.Myslim ze.jeho dobra duse byla zneuzivanaa taky proto zacli zatykat lidi co byli v jeho blizkosti a ten kdo ho zabil doufam ze hi sezere svedomi😢
His parents didn't foster a "nurturing environment" for Matthew. He was neglected as a child. His parents divorced and his father even left before he turned one. In fact, that was the problem and root of his depression, low self esteem and eventual addictions. His childhood was anything but nurturing.
Suzanne Morrison worked her butt off to make sure Matthew had everything. She sent him to private schools to give him the best education, she paid for him to attend the local country clubs where he fell in love tennis. She did the right thing - it was either work hard and give him the best, or go on welfare where he would get less of an education, less opportunities, poor housing, possibly living in a rough neighbourhood, and always wondering where his next meal was coming from. When Suzanne married Keith Morrison she told him “Matthew will always come first”
@@charlottewood4933 (1) You're implying you can't do both. (2) Matty didn't need stuff. He needed love and attention from a mother. Something that should be automatic no matter what. (3) Suzanne neglected Matty. Easy as that. Even beyond childhood, she didn't acknowledge him or give him the love he needed. She didn't even acknowledge his success on Friends. What kind of a mother does that? She just wanted forgiveness. She's lucky Matty even paid any attention to her at all. Stop making excuses for bad parenting. You're either her or another bad mother just like her. Either way, that's pathetic.
@@carolinesarian7171 Both is very hard when you’re a single parent. Matthew lived with his grandparents too and they supplied care for him. He did get love from his mum, he even says that in his book. She didn’t buy him “stuff” she brought him a better standard of living. Implying that I’m Suzanne is absurd. People need to leave that poor woman alone. She was 21 when she had Matthew, she was newly married and then quickly divorced, she had immigrated to the US. She was overwhelmed.
@@charlottewood4933more excuses. That "poor mother" was the reason he drank every night at 14 years old. What kind of mother doesn't know her young child has problems and is drinking every night? Yes, I know he lived with his grandparents too. Who knows what happened there!! But regardless, shlepping him off to there was more rejection for a young child. Don't know what you don't understand about any of that. I have children and never would I have put them on a plane by themselves at 5 years old, especially if they didn't like it. She was a selfish, negligent parent until the day he died. He didn't die from addiction. He died from depression. That "poor" mother deserves no sympathy. She caused this for 54 years. So horrible. Matty deserved so much more. He lived for 54 years DESPITE this horrible mother. He was a treasure and the one person who should have been the most proud of him was the one person who wasn't and who ignored him his whole life. I don't even know how that's possible to be such a horrible mother. Btw, my mother was 20 when I was born also, but mine didn't have a high profile job, help, high income or status, and yet, I had more attention and love in one day than Matty got his entire life. So sad.
