Good for him he’s worked to hard to lose everything over something stupid I’m sure he wasn’t stupid enough to put his hands on his wife.
Indeed, thankfully he isn't married to her, so that'll make this much less of a hassle than it could have been. It still sucks though, and he's going to be going through an insane amount of stress until this is resolved.

That's society and the system. Everyone is so quick when they hear "abuse" yet they have no idea how easy it is to manipulate the system and turn an innocent into a victim yet they are never seen as the victim. I was one of them. Mike here is lucky.

I am so happy for Mike. I am sick and tired of the glaring bias against veterans and men alone in these types of situations. I spoke with my local DA about this type of stuff and he told me that OUR representatives run on these issues and bulldoze over the crimes. It is so one sided and if you are the guy, you are screwed. At this point, I don't even care how the argument started or ended. I have seen too many guys trying to LEAVE a bad situation and get arrested and all they were trying to do was get out of THEIR home.
