When comparing lap times at VIR, you have to remember that the C8 Z06 Z07 time used Cup2R tires. Those tires are way better than the Cup2s on a 2019 ZR1 ZTK. It has been proven to be 3.5-4 seconds faster at VIR. Thus, a C7 ZR1 ZTK with Cup2Rs is vastly faster at VIR than the times that were disclosed (Considering equal drivers). Furthermore, put those tires on a C7 Z06 Z07 and it equals the time at VIR as a C8 Z06 Z07.

I also have a ‘24 Z06 and a 60th Anniversary Edition Z06. Looking forward to having this ZR1 for a long time.
@@doughooks7411 Congratulations. I too would have preferred to maintain the original wheels as now it's technically not the same car it was from the factor. If that doesn't matter to you, all the better.
I sold my 93 ZR1 for a Hellcat. I enjoyed the Hellcat but I missed the ZR1. I sold it with 3200 miles on it. Sold the Hellcat and bought the 2019 ZR1. It will be with me for as long as I am here.
True but even Sting Rays from 2020 are still selling darn close to what they were. I don't think I've seen anything for under 65k.
C8 platform has a plethora of problems especially with the DCT and it is not getting fixed. This is going to be a bigger issue than the ls7 dropping valves.
Once i seen the thumbnail i almost broke my finger clicking in 🚑
Uh I always wanted a zr1 but that C8 is sick
C8Z is in its own league
I agree 💯 but we're all part of a dynasty called " Corvette"
