The community is *starting* to heal. Many good things are on their way, but we'll just have to wait and see.
I've always had hope for this game to be enjoyable again, and it has finally paid off.

As someone who has been playing this game on and off for the past 7 years... this is the most optomistic I've been in regards to the game in a very long time. Things still remain to be seen but for once we have great things on the horizon (which is a good map idc what anyone says 🤣) and something to look forward to.
Blizzard has a lot to work on still but they’re going in the right direction. I’m excited for a blizzard product for the first time in ages.
The community is not reformed
Im not positive at all about the game, it abused of how positive I could be about things for almost 5 years which is a third of my lifespam on earth, until the game does controll+z I wont be positive about it, I was having fun first half of first season but sadly the devs didnt learn anything and listened tto the fan base that btw every time there is something new they say "delete it" and then when nothing new comes they are "this game is dead and trash lmao"
The community is not healing at all, ranked is still toxic as always, blizzard failed to deliver promises, and they focus on “lgbtq” community over balance updates

Why you gotta put quotation marks on that? Also it makes no sense when character concepts for lore do literally nothing about gameplay. You wanna complain about balancing issues blame the fact that the team couldn't do shit unless they had permission from higher ups who needed to run those by their own higher ups and so on in a process that takes like two weeks to get something okayed. Like how much free we talking about ? like the price for skins is almost as price as another game , don’t tell those trash free skins in battle pass. How messed up the matches were for new player and free to play players was stupid wish this game never be good anymore
I prefer the old type of monetization as well, I paid once for a game and could get any cosmetics I wanted for free. I despise this way of monetization, but here's a thing - you don't NEED cosmetics. Sure, they might spice up your experience a little, but playing Junker Queen with cosmetics equipped or no does not change anything in the way she's played. It's not Fortnite or Apex or any other game where cosmetics change gameplay so you can just ignore the shop. The new heroes monetization tho - that's hella fucking annoying, having to grind 45 BPL or wait to another season to get the character from challenges

No we’re not, this is a different game. I can’t even play anyone fun anymore. Everything is unbalanced and feels like a bad dream. If u don’t have a good tank ull get steam rolled, the game feels like a constant headache. The only reason ppl didn’t like two tanks is bc there were too many with shields, and now it’s ruined and forever, I can’t even go back to ow1. Rip OW 😢
This is so true Man. After the dissastrous relaunch and the nightmare hell between Seasons 4-7 we can finally breathe. The game survived it first years, survived after all. And i hope it still alive and with content for years to come
