They better be paying these coaches better than all the other coaches in the athletics program. There are other pretty great coaches at NAU, but building on Mann and Heins great work and keeping NAU Men's CC at the top and catapulting the women into the Top 5 is really miraculous work. NAU found its sweet spot in TF & CC. They need to double down on it. Major investments in running and training facilities is definitely warranted, but keeping these coaches around for the long haul is a MUST.
