There’s no real reason to have to be limited to 60HZ in 2024. But once you’ve experienced 120HZ, it’s hard to go back.
Limited is subjective to the buyer, for example some of my relatives I tell them about 120hz and they say I don’t care about that, sometimes they ask what is that. Tech enthusiasts will care more, but I do agree once someone experiences that it is noticeable when going back
Take the Pro, but despite that, all the devices are old and 60 Hz. I personally find the 60 to be excellent
i use 120hz in my s21 and on the lower battery like 50% i change to 60hz and its pain in ass

On android 100% , on Iphone you can barely see it , especially since its adaptive 120hz

I don't have an issue with 60Hz and I personally upgraded from Galaxy A14 5G to iPhone 15 and it was a pretty major upgrade much faster chip and much thinner bezels and so far i love this phone

@MultiNakir true it is pretty unfortunate that we still don't have at least 90Hz and switching from a Galaxy A14 5G which is 90Hz but still I don't see any difference between my iPhone 15 and my Galaxy A14 5G
@user-ue9sz5rj9w yeah, but I think think there is only 40 to 50% chance that we are getting 90Hz on the non pro models.
@@Syedziauddeen12 You will not get it unless you have a perfect iPhone 17. Any additional feature on regular devices means an additional feature on the Pro, whether it is important or not.

@@knowledgeinc2039 They do but also sacrifice in other areas, like the chips are slower, cameras are worse, build is not as premium. 90hz or 120hz doesn't make up for their lack of ecosystem, software support, premium cameras, and customer support like iPhone 15 offers.
@@nickackermanchannel i have a iphone 13 and a cheap android phone. But refresh rate is the most noticeable thing in a phone. Sometimes I don't wanna use my iphone because it feels slow. Especially when every other device I own is over 60hz . They do this so people buy pro phones
@@knowledgeinc2039 I get where your coming from, Apple will bring 120hz eventually they are just really slow to bring features to the base. Heck, the iPad is getting a calculator app with iOS 18 after 14 years on the market.

I’d go for the 15 over the 15 Pro. Reason being I have a 13 Pro and promotion just makes the phone run warmer and battery die quicker. You get use to 60z when you use it awhile.

Its not true. It lowers from 120 to 1hz
I couldn’t see myself upgrading from the 14 pro to the 15 I felt like it would’ve been a downgrade with no always on display or 120 display. I can never really feel satisfied getting non pro apple product. I want everything apple has to offer.

I turned my 13 Pro to 60hz. 120hz is smooth and neat, but my phone also gets quite warm quickly.

@@Manster559 I don't know about twice as long. But it does last longer on 60hz. The main thing is all the heat on 120hz. Phone gets super warm so I disabled it. The phone being warmer might have something to do with the shorten battery life.
Would you recommend an ip15, an s23 or oneplus 12? Priorities are mainly battery life, gaming, best software possible and longevity (4-5years). Im getting the 15 at the cheapest price between these devices btw 😅
For longevity the 15, for battery OP12, gaming OP12, S23 shouldn’t be considered since it’s not the best for those categories you mentioned. The 15 Pro Max sounds like the perfect option for your needs.
I don't know why i was so concern about the 60hz in base model iphones but with it's look i think for me , the base model are far better and seems more attractive than that of the pros model ..which looks too bold 3 camera 📸...😁😁😁
My issue with iPhone are the wallpapers I’ve never seen a phone with wallpapers that are so bland and uninspired. The 10 S max had the best idk why they can’t keep wallpapers from older generations and just keep adding them as we go along. Seem like the right thing to do but I could be wrong. 🤷

I have nothing but 2 phones and when I look carefully at the notifications on white background and in light mode, I can clearly see the pixels but this happens more when I pay attention, I cannot understand it normally. I have tested all the screens, everything is normal. If you look carefully you can see pixels and flickering. I do not have any other AMOLED phone so that I can compare them. Please if you have NP2 or any other AMOLED phone, please tell me whether it is normal or I have a problem with my display. I have full hope that you will understand my problem and help me because only you can help me. Please compare NP2 with your phone and see if the same thing is happening in your phone as well. I got a fake charger with which I charged my phone for 6 months. Is this problem not because of that?

I was using an s21 plus with 120hz, long story short it broke, then I moved to a phone with 90hz just for short term while I save up for a new phone. Looking into iPhones but where I'm from the 14 pro max prices haven't taken a dip only the 13 pro max is kind of affordable at around $940 minimum. So my options are 13pm, 14 plus, (14 pm and 15 plus only if the price drops after the 16s come out). Ohhh I meant to also state that I noticed the difference from 120hz to 90hz so I can't imagine 60hz with the standard iPhones

You know till this day, the front facing camera on an iPad is so annoying facing side instead of center, but with dynamic island coming to the iPad, I believe will receive some sense and place the camera in it rightful place. 😂

I have a 13 pro and the battery life sucks, it has 83% battery health. Should I replace the full phone or replace the battery.
Battery. I have 78% left on mine and plan to replace so. Saying that, the battery life is still bearable
If you plan on upgrading this year just hold out for another 5 months. If you plan on waiting another year or two to upgrade then definitely replace the battery.

To be honest the regular 15 shouldn't worth 800.00 with 60 hz the phone should worth way cheaper like 400.00 or 500.00 dollars.
Nah $400-$500 is never going to happen with Apple, I’d say this is more of a $599-$649 phone not $800 though. It still has a flagship processor and camera

120 hz is not a big deal at all
Most people use 60Hz on their Pro model phones to save battery and avoid heating issues. Only enthusiasts use 120Hz for gaming and other uses, and if you are not one of them, then you dont need it. Normal 15 has all the things you need in a phone

60hz isnt a big deal. People keep coping in the comments for no reason. I have a 360hz Monitor display, and the difference does not TRANSFER to the phone, a 120hz on my phone is just as trash as a 60hz compared to my 360hz monitor, so a phone should just be a PHONE. Fast, snappy on apps, and last me a long time, that's it. The 120hz Cope is insane. Go ahead and have 120hz on samsung with 20% less resolution than the native 13 pro lol
