  • AWAKEN YOUR FEMININE ENERGY COURSE! 💖💫 ➡️ jillian-guerin.mykajabi.com/a...
Hello friends! Today is just a casual sit-down where I’m chatting about how I lost my feminine energy and the exact things I did that helped me get it back 💕
Over several years, I developed wounded feminine energy and was living in my masculine energy all the time, and it wasn’t making me happy. Once I discovered that my disconnect from my own feminine nature was negatively affecting me, reconnecting with my feminine energy has made me so much happier of a woman.
Of course, these are all things that I did that helped me. So they might not all be relevant for you and your specific journey. But I truly hope you get value from this video!! ❤️

‘Feminine energy cannot exist when there is not safety in the body’ . Exactly. I’m 46 and just now allowing myself to embrace my feminine energy and outward femininity… took me this long to inhabit my beautiful woman’s body and feel safe and secure within myself ( in boundary-keeping, standing up for myself as needed etc)

To those who are in college and are about to get into stressful courses like medicine or law just remember that this demands a lot of the masculine energy that jillz talks about but don't forget to take atleast an hour or two off to really appreciate yourself and embody your feminine to the highest degree. Try things like skincare, dressing up or whatever makes you feel secure and feminine. if not, on the long run you'll be burnt out.

This is a beautiful perspective of healing the feminine. But there are some caveats.
    1. Becoming feminine can easily lead to submissiveness of the emotionally and physically destructive type. There has to be a balance, cause not all of us have the luxury of having a guy who will appreciate us/protect/ support us. I come from a culture where women don't stand up for themselves due to perceived female roles, and domestic abuse and femicide is rampant.
    2. Becoming feminine should not mean you quit working entirely, because relying on a man leaves you in the dust if he decides to cheat and leave you. We all have stories of the women in our past (moms, grandmas, great-grandmas who suffered greatly due to this). Jillz still works technically, with YT ads and sponsorships. Not everyone can just go ahead and be a YTer.
    3. Becoming feminine should not mean you become a housemaid. Point blank. Our grandmothers from the old country are obvious examples of what a miserable life that was. You can't romanticize your life, be in cute clothes, and run around frolicking if you are constantly cleaning up after the people in your life. As Jillz said, get creative. Do art. Do something that ISN'T just caregiving.
    4. Do not make the mistake of "becoming feminine" with the wrong partner. This leads to much suffering.
    5. Not every woman is meant to be feminine. Nature has made us mutable. We can be strong. We can lead. We can direct. We can be loving. We can be compassionate. We can be creative. We can be communal. Life is NOT just black and white.

Yeah I was wondering that, I definitely feel my soft/feminine side has been wounded and I want to fix it. But I got really uncomfortable during the relationship part of the video when she talked about letting her man lead her. Of course that's totally okay if that's what makes her happy! But I don't want to be led, I always found it somewhat degrading/dismissive of my own capabilities. I want to know if there's a way to lean in to the soft feminine side while still not being a "follower." I want to be independent and lead myself, while still being soft and empathetic, intuitive and creative. Is there any way to do all that and if so how? Lol

    • @Iudicatio
      @Iudicatio 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

@@april-zz9pqI think yes, it just looks different for men and women. Women usually won't get anywhere by giving out orders and being "domineering."
If you find a good guy who leads, he will still ask your input for every important decision and he will not make any decisions that cause you to suffer. We just need to go about it in a different way.
I know it can be scary to trust someone, but we have to find that person we can trust to listen to us and consider us in every decision.

Jillz, you're young enough to be my daughter, but I'm learning so much from you. When I watch your "feminine energy" videos, it explains so much about my own life. Never heard about feminine energy before.
My generation was the first after the women's movement. We were encouraged to go after the big career, "lean in", put your career first," have it all." I was a total failure at all that. Just couldn't make myself do it. i tried. But all I really wanted, deep down inside, was a peaceful, quiet, slow life. Now I have it and I'm allowing myself to enjoy it and no longer beating up on myself for not having that big career. I do work, part-time, at a library. (I'm semi-retired.) It's the perfect job for this time in my life and I love it!

Same here. I am a baby boomer, came of age in the 1970s and was driven and motivated by those same ideals for decades. More recently, 70 hour work weeks, tremendous stress and pressure, frequent nightmares, etc. A few weeks ago I hit a wall and realized I had to get out for my health. I put in notice and retired earlier than planned. This is only my second week at home and the shift has been powerful -- I'm slowly starting to blossom and heal -- mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Now, here I am learning these life lessons from a woman young enough to be my daughter as well. Lol. Your part-time library job sounds wonderful. I wish I'd learned this lesson a long time ago. Nothing is worth the pain of a career that makes you feel like you're going into battle every day.

It's because the "masculine/feminine energy" thing is far-right propaganda to distract from the fact that late stage capitalism is grinding everyone into the dirt. What she describes as "masculine energy" - ie only caring about success, money, pushing yourself constantly - is capitalist brainwashing. Of course everyone's mental and physical health would improve if we didn't have to slave away at jobs we hate and could rest and recover. Women get more stressed and burnt out because the expectations that were put on men were then put on women on top of all domestic and emotional labour. I totally understand this creator's reaction to her stressful life but it's sad so many miss the point and instead turn to this "masc/fem energy" bullshit that only enforces the harmful gender roles that got us here.

I feel this so hard. I quit my matrix job in June 2022 and since then, I have been slowly healing my feminine energy. Part of the work was tapping into my inner child and playing. I’m healing from a SA so the sensual and feeling beautiful aspects have been a rollercoaster for me. I do things I love like cooking, rollerskating, being creative, dancing and being outdoors. It’s really helped me to step up in my true purpose on this Earth. Similar to what you said, I had to reframe how I thought about success and being seen. Like a huge Tree. It can be treated as masculine energy, the way it struggles to germinate and persists to grow, fulfilling the needs of other creatures under it. But the femm energy, it is beautiful for just existing. Being a part or even the main focus of the picture. Its isn't growing for anyone elese said so. ❤

I'm a woman in spite of the user name- I have a ritual of leaving my feminine at the door as I walk in to work, and picking up the masculine, like putting on armor.
Then at the end of the day, I have a similar ritual at the door- dropping my armor and masculine energy, then picking up my feminine.
I relax, lean back, listen to meditation, and I even have a "place" where I go in my mind.
My own beach where I walk in a flowy dress, ankle deep in the warm water, smelling the salt air and roses in the air.
There's a forest nearby, a rose garden, and a bed with curtains where I can lie and watch the waves or the sky.
I go there mentally until I have found that feminine energy and become more laid back and letting things happen.
If I'm super stressed or if it's Friday, I go browse at a store with scents in it, or art - I may go to Target and look at lingerie...
It sounds silly, but I didn't know how to be "feminine" until I practiced.
I got a sweet little teddy bear hamster who was super tame, and I'd relax holding him and feel warm and cuddly.
      All this has helped me.
Eventually, I did get out of that world and went in a new direction as a writer, and took a lot of time off, spent time in relaxing hobbies like salsa dancing and kayaking, hiking with a club, none of this competitive!

Which, I think is especially important, what with the fact of my desire to be a wife and mother, and all the fears I had developed around such, due to my upbringing, family, and all around circumstances.

I love this so much. I am miserable working full-time and pursuing my university education. I feel like I'm obsessed with my goals, to the point where they have trumped my personal time, self-care, and taking care of my body. I strongly want to focus on my classes which I love, but so scared to quit my job with all of the amazing benefits it has... And I do love my job as well. I'm just tired from doing too much.

I feel for you. I myself am a college student (it’s like a field specialized high school in my country) and I lived very miserably past two years there. My only reason to live and keep pushing was the hope to get into european university and escape the toxic system and society I live in. To the extent when I do not pay any attention to my body and mental health anymore.
But the final project for the college ended yesterday and now I’m thinking of leaving the place or even taking gap year to reconnect with my true self, instead of that agressive persona I wear to feel protected from the toxic community in the college.

I found your channel at the right time. I’ve had an incredibly hard 3 years (deaths, family mental health crises, stressful job) - with the last 9 being the hardest. I reached a turning point when I said “I will stop taking care of others and I will start really taking care of myself” while also going through some hardcore therapy (seeing two therapists and a coach) and also leaning into what my personality thrives in. I have never felt better than I do now. I still have that stressful job but I no longer let my anxiety take the wheel. And yes, I am using my feminine energy more - more mentorship and diplomacy. I love wearing this super smooth lipstick that I wear in my desk, for no one but just me. I am writing poetry. Your videos are now what I need

This is PROFOUND. I believe this is one of the reasons why so many young women are either A) Angry or B)Commit suicide.
They are immersed in an environment and taught in school to hate their Feminine Energy and operate in Masculine Energy.
They are taught that Masculinity is Toxic and is the same as Bad Patriarchy at the same time being encouraged to embrace masculine actions/ behaviors. This creates discordance and discomfort. So sad and such a waste of lives well spent!
Bless you Jillz for this lesson. I am 60 and desperately needed this RIGHT NOW. We need to spread this message of healing.

This video really resonated with me. I typically never comment on videos but felt very touched and in tune with your words. I have also been stuck in my masculine energy for a long time and have a very similar experience with always focusing on everything external and feeling like I need to compete, I worked very hard since high school and currently work in consulting engineering. I was feeling miserable and out of touch with myself and the pandemic gave me an opportunity to tune more into myself and realize I wasn't living the life I wanted. I am still in the same career but partly working from home and getting a puppy this past year has truly made a huge difference. I felt the most feminine and at peace with myself when I stayed home during covid. My husband also seemed to step more into his masculine when I was home. Unfortunately, financial strains can force us to forfeit this. I've had so many health issues since returning to work. You mentioned how the divine feminine needs to feel safe and supported in order to thrive. It seems unfair that our well-being is so contingent on factors outside of our control. While men benefit from the feminine influence, it seems not as essential in order for them to step into their divinity. How are women supposed to flourish if we're not supported?

    • @Mymle
      @Mymle 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

I hear you, I’m sorry you have those issues. I don’t know what you are struggling with today exactly. Or how to solve it, or if you feel seen and heard at all. I don’t want to preach to you but God cares about you, especially when you feel small and feel ‘useless’ or unloved. Again I’m not trying to preach I just care about you and I’ll pray for you

    • @sarayus6761

It seems to us women that it’s seems not as essential for men to step into their masculine divinity because right now we are living in a man’s world. This world is designed to support men and men are thriving. The world isn’t designed to support us women, unfortunately.

Jillz I just wanted to say I started watching your videos in January, right around when i lost my job and I’ve been living alone since I was 18 so losing my job was very scary for me because I was very independent and always acting in my masculine energy by doing everything on my own and not letting anyone help, making things worse. My overall relationships were draining, my health was going down a rabbit hole, I gained weight, I wasn’t bettering myself. I had lost my feminine energy without even knowing. In January when I started watching your videos I realized my energy had been wounded and needed to fix it. It’s been a rough journey, but finally my feminine energy is repairing, my mental health has improved, I’ve been going to the gym for my own sake in health and high esteem, I’ve been asking for help from others when in the past I couldn’t. Im is glad you’re helping these women out and that you could help me. Empowering women is definitely your calling. I really loved this video Jillz. So much of your journey mirrors my own return to health and vitality. It’s taken me longer than you but it’s still wonderful to reach a place where I now love and accept myself as I am. I refuse to bend to other people’s ideas of how I should live. Nothing good has come from that for me. I’m naturally very feminine and the way society pressures woman to conform into what it perceives as successful doesn’t fit with what makes me healthy and happy. People can think what they think of course, I’ve learnt to care less about that too. I have stepped into a place of empowerment, a place where I follow my own guidance, my own inner compass. I sense a lot more queen energy within me now. Naturally of course, my health and wellbeing has improved drastically. Thank goodness for that strong intuition and the urge I felt to follow it! I also now give in to all my innate passions, one of which is also astrology ❤

I totally get you. I am in a long term relationship and soon going to be married. And I am glad that I am getting to know my feminine side before marriage. I have been a tomboy all my life. To me cooking, cleaning and household stuff felt like a task. But lately I’ve been really enjoying cooking and stuff. And I am actually really happy about it. I have started to dress more feminine , started taking care of my body externally and internally. I have never felt so relaxed and happy. Big corporations have started to make women believe that this fast life is what will empower them. When in reality living a slow life, not competing with random strangers, living the life at your own pace is something I feel is true happiness and empowering . (Atleast to me) . This. Is. Everything. These were the answers I have sought for so long. I never understood myself so I couldn’t expect others to understand me. Being in the military and constantly “grinding” made me burn out. I am now embracing the soft, nurturing side of me and healing what I thought was broken. Thank you so much, I am sincerely grateful for you and all the other ladies out there on their journey. 💕💕💕

I realized that I have so many false believes that are actaully draining me and making me miserable:
„I have to keep up to date about politics and everything bad that happens in the world.“
„I have to work a full time corporate job to be a valuable member of society.“
„I have to work out a lot, despite my cycle or how I feel on that day.“
„I must enjoy competition and be bossy.“
„Being interested in fashion and caring about looks means I'm a shallow person.“
And so many more... And it's literally so freeing and healing to realize that these are false believes that don't come from my true self. So thanks again so much for your videos, you're giving me a lot of inspiration and courage to be true to myself

As a self improvement man, it really made me happy to see that there were still feminine women out there and that it wasn't just me who thought women changed by modern feminism extremely unattractive. My girlfriend asked me a couple of days ago how she could improve and since that day I have been searching. I think this is the most comprehensive guide to really attracting a quality man. Just thank you very much for helping so many people

She could improve by getting some self esteem to the point of not asking such questions
