Hi can only partially use the app with android. purchased bike last week new. Downloaded the app but cant lock and unlock the bike and when you go to record the trip you lose sight of the smart mode 1-5 settings on the phone. maybe user error as very new to this
Hey mate, love the vids. Just got my Netuno today 🙌. Is there any special that you need to do to register for the app? I’m having no joy and it just keeps saying incorrect email/verification code. Any tips would be gratefully received! Atb, Ryan
Great stuff, no special requirements, I would suggest deleting and reinstalling and trying again, it’s pretty new so they are still ironing out all the bugs but mine is working great so it should work. 👍
Hi Zander, I recently bought a spare battery for my netuno that cuts out with 35-45% charge left and screen goes blank, it has done this several times and does not come back to life until recharged, it is definately a battery issue as my original battery runs right down to the low battery warning, I bought it in late April from the Eskute site, I have informed Eskute support who have asked for a video of the issue ? but i am reluctant to use the faulty battery again because of the risk lithium ion batterys pose when they go wrong. Any help or suggestions welcome thanks. 16/9/2022.
@@ZanderRound The Bluetooth sign is black in the app. I'm looking for Bluetooth in the app so I turn on the bike then Bluetooth in the mobile phone then I go into the app and press + above he searches but finds nothing
@@ZanderRound Tried another app called Smart Life that worked and connects without problems! But the original ESKUTE app simply does not connect to the e-bike
@@ZanderRound I also hope so :) It's bit confusing that I didn't manage to find anything about connecting in the manual and existing application doesn't connect with a bike.

The eskute app does not exist on android, Smart Life app did connect but I can't since the update. Hence why I'm on TH-cam for help.

Straight out tell them you want a replacement, they shouldn’t be asking for you to prove it they should just replace the part that is faulty. 🤙

Hi, when you say it does find it where are you looking, in your Bluetooth settings or on the app? Is the Bluetooth logo in the app blue or black?

@@ZanderRound Now it works, you have to disconnect the Smart Life app!
Make sure Gps is on while u connecting, it's simple to connect. Without not possible.
