Hi Pete, great video but could you help me out please. When you use the auto unlock distance I can only get the touch distance to work , the near, medium and far don't seem to do anything , am I doing something wrong please.
According to Eskute U.K. the app isn’t available anymore. Reasons unknown. However the Smart Life App available on Apple Apps, does connect to my Eskute Netuno. It may not have all the functionality but it had enough for me to change the speed to mph.
When I found ot on Google Play, it said not compatible with android 14. Now I can't see it at all. They told me to use Smart Life app, it worked a few months ago but now I can't use connect
@@PetersReviews On the ESKUTE ES MAX (a new scooter) with a very similar front panel, the two buttons you held to reset the Bluetooth are not there. Great video but wanted people with this scooter to know that its not applicable to the ES Max scooter. Also I found out that the Orange App that you used is an Apple App and there is currently no App for Android. Android has 70% of the world market and Apple is 29% so why in the world didn't Eskute update their android app?
Not any good for me as although I have a Polluno Pro, mid motor, it’s does not come with the same controller as this hub motor mounted Polluno. Shame but doesn’t effect my enjoyment of getting out and about.
Robert depending on what bike you have the controller will be hidden at the top above the battery or below the battery. Remove the screws to the black covers top or bottom once the controller is found pull it forward there will be a single white and black cable and connector. If it's connected disconnect and if disconnected connect it. They change this around on different models. Once it's done rebuild and it will now do 22mph from 15.5 mph.
@@PetersReviewshi Peter I've pulled the controller out from the top there are 2 white wires disconnected its as simple as just plugging them together and you're good to Go thanks again 😊 👍
Hi and thanks for watching. Have you looked at other ebikes? All the forward ebike companies are going in this direction. They don't want you using a paid for app to control and plan your routes. Eskute are brilliant at looking at ways to assist the owner. This app works well and all the owners tell me they use it all the time. I hope this helps you understand the reasons why good ebike companies look at adding an app to give the owners more fun and usability.

Anybody know if the Eskute App is still available in U.K.? Both my iPhone and android say it isn’t available in your region.

Hi Peter, I've not got the two buttons on my controller to reset anything, have you any ideas please?
Eskute brought out a new controller with these buttons I believe it’s available on the website it comes with the side buttons.
So I've got a NEW bike with an OLD controller. Not very impressed with Eskute!

As per your pictures you do have the new type you have the most up to date bike and version of the controller.
Hi Peter did you notice on the recording screen map all the text and map location flags are in Chinese, it's the same on mine.
Not been out on the streets with it yet I will have to let you know.

Mike you are right, the baffang controller is not Bluetooth which is a shame. But yiur bike now that's a bike good choice.

@@_ROBERT. Sorry for my late reply. Yes that's it connect the two white wires then rebuild you will then be good to go.
