One thing I’ve noticed though my front brake is wired to the left side of the handlebars as in Europe/US instead of the right as we do in the U.K. might take a bit of getting used to after 55 years of cycling.

Eskute has redesigned the display so that the buttons are easily and safely accessible. You have to pay for a replace to display (about £60, and it comes with no instructions. Eskute wont, or cant, supply instructions and it’s a tricky job. Also the front and rear brakes are the wrong way round for the Uk, and are non-compliant for UK standards.
I have to move the derailleur protector before I can use the 7th gear by just pulling the protector away form the derailleur. I even got a nice litlle piece of paper with a picture on it how tot do it. But I can't move the protector at all with my hands, whatever I do. Probably I can remove the protector completely but that is not what the picture tells me to do.

Should I charge it after every use or wait for the battery % to go below a certain level?
Hello when received the bike and switch it on for the first time I can see 2 green leds and one red, shoud we first load fully the battery? Which charging regime do you do ? Loading after every use, or wainting till it is quite low ? Thanks !
Hi there nice ebike looks really good for the money... just a few questions 1 can you put the speed on the display in MPH or does it only show in km 2 I know UK law is no throttle does it come in the box if not can you buy one from the company 3 and I know the speed in the UK is 15.5 mph can the speed on the controller be unlocked 4 would you know if the tyres have got puncture protection... thanks for sharing of the bike and installing everything goes look quite easy to do
Permettetemi di darvi 6 buone ragioni (per via di 6 gravi guasti a questo prodotto) per non acquistare questo prodotto: 1/ quando puoi vederlo su queste immagini e dopo una carica completa, ti mostra 3 luci verdi su 4 con un display in piena carica della batteria... è molto difficile dedurre la carica completa su questo prodotto e quando contatti il produttore e ti chiedi di misurare la carica con un voltmetro quindi un piccolo consiglio se acquisti questo prodotto compra un voltmetro con lui... 2/ dopo essere rimasto deluso da questo prodotto e quando ho voluto restituirlo dopo aver percorso 600 km, il produttore ha rifiutato anche se dopo che gli ho spiegato il problema con il display della batteria e mi sono sentito molto male per il suo comfort quando mostrava la carica non completa e mi rifiuto di misurarlo ogni volta con un voltmetro. 3/ punto di vista della sicurezza: normalmente con questo prezzo dovrebbe esserci un dispositivo di sicurezza come un semplice GPS ad esempio per poterlo rintracciare con il telefono in caso di preoccupazione... con mia sorpresa non c'era modo di tracciare la mia bici soprattutto in caso di furto e come se non bastasse non puoi chiudere la bici con la chiave così chiunque può avviarla e tu la vuoi molto facilmente. ++ dovresti acquistare l'attrezzatura di sicurezza a parte mentre con questo prezzo dovrebbe essere fornita con il materiale .... 4/ punto di vista del comfort: penso che con 1000€ di prezzo, il comfort non dovrebbe essere un problema ma con mia sorpresa il sedile è estremamente scomodo, quindi dovresti pianificare di acquistare un posto comodo su tutto se prevedi di fare un lungo viaggio con questa bici quindi ti costerà un extra ... 5/ se abiti in una città dove le strade non sono molto pulite rischi di avere molte forature delle gomme in quanto le gomme fornite con questa bici non sono antiperforazione...normalmente questo va considerato andate avanti e non fa per me dire che. 6 / il fanale posteriore non segnala quando si frena e quindi se si frena ci sono veicoli dietro di voi avranno un incidente (eppure è estremamente semplice regolare il programma del controller in modo che aumenti la luminosità del fanale posteriore in caso di frenata) riassunto : rapporto sicurezza prezzo: 0000 rapporto qualità prezzo: 0000 Rapporto sulla soddisfazione del cliente Amazon e prezzo: 00000 eventuale rimborso in caso di insoddisfazione: 000000 (inesistente, secondo il fornitore solo in caso di guasto del sistema, ma ho citato qui diversi guasti gravi.....)
Just got my new Polluno Plus and some knucklehead filled the front wheel spindle hole with some hard black rubber cement. Cannot push it through to save my life! Follow up. I have this bike since May. Its overall a good bike but I can't figure how to connect it to my phone.
