I can connect the app on iPhone to the bike fine and use the features. However as soon as the record icon is pressed the whole app freezes and I have to exit and restart. I’ve downloaded over and over again but with the same results. 😞
i dont really know what is the point of changin modes o swiching on ligts whith the app if yo do it just pressing a boton. yo should let changing the power that every mode does in the bike and things like that.

I tried the reset procedure mentioned for the bike; plus deleted and re-installed the App; after which I was able to get the app and bike to pair. Reference is also made to the reset in point 5 of the Help section of the app as seen at time 5:45 of the video. Hope this helps as it has for me. However, it might be just luck!

If I push the HID-Bind button nothing happens, it stays grey. I don't know what to do and I even wonder, what is HID-Bind??

Hi JB I have same problem with Android app and Polluno. Have you managed to solve problem if so advice appreciated.
@@Ellsam23 there was an update, and then I managed to get it working once. After that, it will not connect again!
