    I believe Goggins had to loose around a 100lbs in 3 months.
    So if you lost about 30lbs in a single month, this proves it's absolutely achievable. Very difficult, yet not impossible.

      No doubt, u can kind of tell when a man is lying or not and you can see it in Goggins eyes and mannerisms that he's the real deal. He believes what he presches and he preaches what he believes cause He IS the living proof and result of the hard work he put in.

    • @G1dr4
      @G1dr4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It is doable, especially for someone like him. I lost 55lbs in 3 months, and I could've lost 10-15 more if I took it as serious in first month as i did in 3rd.

    • @newerahopefamily3837
      @newerahopefamily3837 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's doable but you also have to understand that the closer you get to your ideal weight, the harder it becomes to lose weight. so you have to either continue to lower your calorie deficit or find a way to burn more calories. Of course this also depends on your starting BMI, if you are like 40 or higher, than losing 100 pounds in 3 months wouldnt be tha hard

    It isn’t as hard as one thinks, because as long as you are consistent it can be done. This is from my own experience as a mom who had a small baby, I thought I was going crazy being home with him 24/7 so I decided to go and take 2-3 hour walks by myself. So I did, losing the pregnancy weight. I did it for 2 months lost 20 lbs. I would walk 6-10 miles a day sometimes 12 miles 5 days a week. It helped with the depression. Plus give me clarity of mind so I didn’t take it out on the baby.

      That’s amazing brother! Congratulations to you for staying strong and just being an awesome person, your story will truly be great! Have you heard of EveryGotDamnDre on Instagram? He’s a kettlebell genius and trainer (think he does online personal training programmes for people) but he has so much valuable content on his Instagram page for kettlebell workouts that I think it’s a great place for anyone looking to gain strength. Not sure if you use kettlebells? But I’m convinced they’re the best piece of equipment that anyone can own due to their versatility. And they’re so much cheaper than a gym membership. The money you save on a gym membership you could put towards nutrition also to help you gain mass! Good news is, I think if you’re putting in the work with weights it’s very hard for your body to not want to take in more food if that’s an issue for you. Good luck brother, I appreciate you! And thank you for sharing your story. Please reach out if you need anything 👊🏾

    I love that you were being so honest, a lot of people think change comes easy, that waking up early having to work, take care of family and try to keep with any other goals such as fitness or weight loss just happens, resilience is the key, i felt like i was going insane trying to keep up with all my studying, working out, taking care of siblings etcc i thought i was weak for finding it so hard, but i now know that no one finds it easy, it never is easy, it takes a lot of strength mentally and physically to keep up with it. I thank you for being so honest and David Goggins also mentions how hard it is to make these changes, its pushing me to keep going because i know it will never be easy, but it will just get harder if i keep postponing it. Thank you brother, really appreciate your support 🙌🏾 I work from home 2 days a week. Usually Tuesday Wednesday.
      On Monday, Thursday Friday: I wake up 5:30am ride my bike to work which is about a 30 minute ride, at lunch midday I’ll run 4-6 miles which is about 35-45 mins.
      Every time I went to the toilet I’d do 10-20 pushups
      I ride back home about 3pm
      I’ll either then have my first meal or do some kettlebell work. (While I cook I’d do sets of push-ups)
      Spend some time with the family or get on the spin bike at home for an hour.
      Kids go to bed about 7pm. I’ll go back down stairs and do more kettlebell work and then another hour+ on the spin bike.
      When I worked from home I’d wake up about 7am, be working at the spin bike by 7:30am
      Walk the kids to school about 8:30am
      Be back on the spin bike at about 100-120 bpm heart rate working until lunch.
      Lunch Midday: go for a 4-6 mile run
      Back on the spin bike working until 3:30pm
      I’d either eat or do some kettlebell work
      Family time
      Back on the spin bike
      Put kids to sleep
      Back to the kettlebells and or spin bike until bed
      Weekends would be lots of spin bike and Kettlebells, morning runs and long walks and fasting until 3pm to 7pm
      On average I’d aim to burn about 2000 cals on my Apple watch and I’d consume about from 1,000 to 1,500 cals give or take.
      It’s a lot tbh. I didn’t show a lot of what went on simply because I was just on autopilot and I knew there was only so much I could show before people loose attention in the video.

    That transformation is insane brother. Im having a difficult time losing weight and as someone who is very self conscious about how they feel and look i bet you can imagine how hard it is to wake up everyday and look in the mirror to see a pile of grease and fat looking back at you. Im only a junior in high school but still, i font think i could live like this much longer. Seeing this video has really connected with me on a personal level as i am very much the same as you were before. Seeing these results and your dedication and no nonsense excuses has genuinely told me what kind of person i am. And i guess that is a weird way to put it but what im trying to say can that this video has opened my eyes and showed me what real dedication can help me to achieve. Much love to you man, keep up the amazing work

    • @EveryDayBrute
      @EveryDayBrute  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey brother, thank you for sharing this. I know exactly what you're going through. I've failed so many times and what you've seen here is the culmination of lots of trial and error. What I did here was literally an all out assault in exercise and diet it literally like you said left me with zero excuses. I set myself the 30 days and said I'd give my everything so that at the end of the 30 days I know that I would have no regrets. And thats really how you would have to approach this, because any kind of slacking or cheating with food wont work. I wish I could let people live in my body for just 10 minutes, because the pain and aching and tiredness I felt was unholy and despite it all I had to continue. If you've never exercised I'd suggest doing a 30 day stint of 30 minutes running every day like I did, or 30 days of kettlebell training, because there is no pain like the pain of exercising for the first time. by doing that you would prime your body for a challenge like this and set yourself up for the best chance for success. You'd also would need to worry too much about diet because its just priming your body for whats to come. Good luck brother, feel free to reach out if you need anything. I'm working on setting up a discord for people just like you to have a community thats going through the same struggle, and help hold each other accountable.

    First of all, many congratulations on - well, sticking to the programme (I know how tough it is) and also on what you have achieved, not just for a visual sense of pride but what you have done for your general health and well-being. I hope you can keep it up (difficult with young children and other commitments) and stay fit into your older years. If I may, I'd just like to make one comment about the foodstuffs you have in your home..... Wind back to the clip where your children are at the table and just look at the cr** 'foods' that you've got in front of them - all laden with calories and VERY high in sugar: this, as you know, will spike their insulin levels and therein Type 2 Diabetes lays, so if you don't want them to have to go to the extreme lengths you've had to go in order to regain your fitness, maybe stop buying these sugary items altogether going forward? Hope you don't mind me saying that but I was an overweight and sugar-addicted person and it's hell to try and lose the weight under those circumstances. Anyway, good luck for the future and thank you for posting such an honest and raw video.

Mostly eating meat, eggs, veg and plenty of fruit as I was eating zero other carbs. I had zero processed sugar, no store bought sauces, no bread, no pasta, no potato.
      It’s a lot tbh. I didn’t show a lot of what went on simply because I was just on autopilot and I knew there was only so much I could show before people loose attention in the video.
