Hi @Randomfrankp, this is John, Product Manager of the Logitech G603. Thanks a lot for your video! About the weight of the mouse, you can actually use a single AA battery and save 24 grams, without affecting the performance besides the battery life. You can also use a single lithium AA battery and save another 9 grams!! All in all, you can shave 33 grams off the config tested in the video. How about that for a cool feature? ;-)
This can be do with the G604? I buy today xD... A will buy tomorrow the G613, for me battery life is veery important. PS: I sold all my peripherals to buy Logitechs and Astro A50 (corsair keyboard and mice, hyperx headset). All because logitechs RMA in brazil help me alot. I consider very importante the manufacturer helps. Thanks xD
Frank you get the phone stand so that you can hook your keyboard up to your phone via the bluetooth function and type on your phone. I think it's great that you can easy switch from computer to phone via the wireless and bluetooth functions.
Im so fucking glad wireless gaming peripherals are improving and becoming more available. Really want a wireless gaming headset with a headphone stand that have built in charging though so you don't have to pull out a cord everytime you want to charge up.
The 1ms is not the end to end latency, but the report rate of the device. What does that mean? It mean that the keyboard/mouse will send information to the wireless receiver on the computer once every 1 millisecond (or a thousand times per second). Latency is something else, it's the amount of time it takes for the keyboard to send one command( one of those 1000 command a second). So all commands come with some latency but they are 1ms apart from each other.
as of writing, it's march 18, 2022. i got this keyboard july 21, 2020. it's been 19 months, & the marketing is true. i never changed the battery that came w/ the box until today, because i thought the low battery indicator was causing the severe input doubling (that i also just noticed today) apparently changing batteries didn't seem to fix the issue (i literally had a lot of typos corrected writing this comment)
Honestly, I would pick up the G613, if they released a TKL version. The number pad and the non removable wrist rest make it too large for me. I don't mind the Romer G personally but the size makes the G613 a dealbreaker. I may pick up the G603 though. Also, I'm just waiting for a lightspeed headset with the dual connectivity and the INSANE battery life of these
The point of the phone stand is so that you can hook up a tablet or phone to the keyboards bluetooth and switch back and forth from the computer to the phone. So it gives you an option to text people back using the keyboard instead of picking up your phone and using the touch keyboard.
So correct me if I'm wrong but: G403 - Original Wireless Gaming Mouse G703 - G403 + Wireless Charging G603 - Lightweight Version of G403 Am i getting this right?
Sorry i should have been more specific. By lightweight i was referring more to its tech. Like it doesn't have RGB lights, and I'm assuming some other small things too, not necessarily its weight.
the phone stand is included because of the bluetooth connectivity option. It allows you to connect the keyboard to your phone. Whenever I'm at the computer, I use messenger or other chat programs on the desktop, but textmessaging I still do on my phone. So I guess it's somewhat useful
The purpose of the stand is to utilize the Bluetooth feature to switch from devices. I didnt think i'll be a fan of the romer switches but i fell in love with the logitech pro keyboard
A good idea for wireless gaming keyboards would be a built in Qi charger in the bottom, that way you can install one of those Qi pads from ikea that you drill into your desk so its flush with the surface and always be able to charge the keyboard by just moving it into the right position and not have to hassle with batteries or cables
Gonna buy the G603 mouse, looks pretty good. FYI, you can take one battery out if you find the mouse a little heavy and it will still function properly, but of course sacrificing some battery life.
Take one of the batteries out if you want to reduce weight. They are run in parallel, so the mouse doesn't require both to operate. You will just lose battery capacity.
Having recently bought a laptop for my programming studies I'm seriously considering buying a good wireless mouse. This seems perfect since I can use it with both my laptop with Bluetooth and my gaming pc through the dongle
Bought the logitech g613 the other day at bestbuy for $80 and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the keyboard. I do wish that it came without the bulky wrist rest, but I do type alot, so it does come in handy. Also, I wish they made a smaller version of this keyboard as well. While I do use the number pad for school work, I feel that for most people, they don't need it. But overall, it holds up well gaming!
The purpose of the phone stand is to improve your viewing angle by tilting it a little bit, since you can connect via Bluetooth. Although I wouldn't see myself writing documents on, say a plane, with a large keyboard like this, the possibility is there. I think you can also put a tablet if you put it vertically, but I don't know.
Just bought the combo for 100 USD. 40 for the mouse and 60 for the keyboard. Just wanted to go from wired to wireless at this point because I have quite a bit of accessory attached to my PC and wanted to remove some of the cables.
i think the phone stand actually makes sence, considering that you can pair the keyboard with your phone using bluetooth. this could make it so easy and fast to send a text message or anything else for that matter
I really like using my wireless mouse - the Razer Mamba Chroma. I like the included charging dock, and since I'm adjusted to the weight of a battery in a mouse, anything that's wired just feels too light. Just saying, everybody's got their preference. And if that keyboard gets backlighting, I'd get it in a heartbeat
I have the G603. I love the extra weight, but that can be because Im a old gamer. I have ordered the G613. No wires is just sick. This combined with the Dell S2417 DG, makes my total setup look like old and maybe bland compared to the crazy RGB setups. But man, everything are HIGH end products and top of the line for serious gaming.
I want a wireless Logitech G Pro tenkeyless keyboard combined with G903 mouse. On the new Powerplay mouse pad/charging station (but full size extended mouse mat for both KB & M). That would be my ideal setup as long as the keyboard has zero latency (just as good as wired).
Didn't you get the "lag" time wrong on this keyboard? You're talking about the keystroke time, but lag time underneath looks truly bad with a few 1000ms reports.
I just got this keyboard and mouse and they are great for couch gaming! You did not mention about the joystick slider button though. What is that for? Gaming mode? More responsive?
I want this keyboard with optional backlight (simple button for on and off so ou can turn it on when its dark, or even better, a light sensor which does it automatically) and the aluminum body of the G413 and more battery spots with charging circuits so you can charge it via USB and use it while charging. Perfect Keyboard! And a solar panel. That would be great. for RGB with minimal decrease in battery life. And that phone stand need an optional charging port add-in for USB-C, Micro B etc. so it works with all phones.
I was really hoping they eould update the legendary g602 with maybe their infinate click wheel, mechanical side buttons or the 3366 sensor. What they made looks like a g403 that is powered by double A batteries
Randomfrankp ... that phone stand is there because of easy onekey switching between PC and bluetooth-Phone or tablet to write on. Thats another great feature i think :)
Hi friends, I recommend trying EQEOVGA K51 wireless mechanical keyboard and mouse, 87-key compact design, mechanical brown switch and professional gaming mouse.
You can bluetooth the keyboard with your phone so you can use the keyboard for the pc & phone. So now you can write emails, sms, or notes on a mechanical....ill be getting both of these forsure
In a world where you sometimes don't even get a charger with your rechargeable device, I thought the phone stand was just a really nice touch. Maybe they had a plastic surplus :P Love the keyboard. I will probably end up getting two. Gotta have one for the office of course. How is the mouse size? I tend to like medium to medium-small mice even though I have large hands. The G900 for example is really annoying with the bulbous back side.
the questtion is not if wireless is just as good as wire....we already knew that since the 900/403 mouse. the question is....if this new sensor is just has good as the old. for that we need Rocket Jump Ninja for the Real testing.
TBH the G603 is perfect for the minimalist, no nonsense gamer. You don't need more than 3 macro keys, an extra 10G weight or RGB lighting to git gud. I'm just disappointed that they didn't take the same approach with the keyboard and make it TKL or even 60%.
Great video as always dude! I've been trying to attempt to make my own videos but I'm always so awkward and shy. You should make a video kinda like behind the scenes of how you are so confident in your videos! Keep it up dude!
If only Logitech would make a direct successor to the G602, these mice perform great, but they're relatively useless to anyone that needs the extra buttons on the side
Ive been praying logitech made a wireless mechanical keyboard, but that thing is huge, if it had the size and simple design of a MasterKeys Pro s id be all over it
Can I connect a G613 keyboard and G603 mouse with only one wireless receiver? I have two PCs (with no Bluetooth) and I want to use one receiver in each PC to use the G613 and G603 thus, no take another action to use my devices than turn on the PC I want to use.
Ok gonna say this idk why people bother whether it's 1ms response time or 8 because the human eye can't even see up to like 10ms response time (didn't say he complained just saying for people) btw love your vids gonna buy the G613 and wanted to see if it is good or nah

well i was pretty upset because my predator orion 5k includes this keyboard and mouse. But it still sucks beacause i hate to switch batterys and for example i was in a MM and my mouse simply died -.-" . Thats why im still playing oldschool with cables
Hey I'm using dex and my windows laptop with a seperate monitor. So my question is can i use this keyboard with wireless receiver for the laptop and then turn on Bluetooth on the keyboard and switch easily to my Samsung phone to use with Dex?
$150 for the keyboard and no back lighting whatsoever? You'd be better off with the G610 or G810 imo. They're not wireless, but they're $50 cheaper, well-worth the money, and actually have back lighting. Especially the 610. Cherry MX Browns or Reds, bright white LED's, and only $100 (sometimes less at certain places)
OP SOLDIER uhh...no. Maybe because when I type at night, I would like some sort of illumination from the keyboard like most people would want, regardless of if it's RGB it not? And why did you assume that just because some people like RGB lighting that they're just young and dumb? I like RGB lighting cause it looks fucking cool on my desk, like tf? Lol
I was looking for a keyboard on logitechs site because i like their Omron switches, I'm a low profile gamer not that much into the flashy RGB keyboards, i plan on using the mx anywhere for gaming and multi tasking. I was disappointed with the options for wireless gaming keyboards for desktop play (not couch play) because there were really no such thing from reliable companies. I had given up on finding a gaming wireless keyboard, so, basically, FUCKING THANK YOU LOGITECH.
The batteries ruin it for me Battery duration doesn't matter if it's gonna eventually start dying while I'm in the middle of paying a game and having to go grab more double AA batteries in the middle of a league game would not be fun. I much prefer rechargeable peripherals, as long as the battery lasts long enough for a whole day of gaming you can just charge it overnight and you have nothing to worry about
So the only flaw on this keyboard by you is that is missing RGB lightnings? And that is why it does not worth 150$? Wired mechanical keyboards are costing more than 150$, even more so wireless... Funny enough, 2 years after a release of this keyboard - it still seems like the only valuable option for wireless mechanical keyboard, especially for this price
Hi @Randomfrankp, this is John, Product Manager of the Logitech G603. Thanks a lot for your video! You can also use a single lithium AA battery and save another 9 grams!! All in all, you can shave 33 grams off the config tested in the video. How about that for a cool feature? ;-)
Nice! Wish I knew about that before hand haha - hope the social media team could still share the review
Awesome. Would have loved it even more if both of them shared a dongle. and gobbling up an extra usb port in my laptop.
You could also use a Lithium AAA Battery + AAA to AA Adapter to save another ~5-6grams
Thanks xD
The phone stand is so you can switch and use the keyboard on your phone
And it's also why it has a bluetooth and wireless button
I was just browsing the logitech shop and was looking at these mouse and keyboard and then you uploaded this review...
Coincidence?
I think not!
itay347 hotel? trivago
Dabio dead joke?
Dabio
You disappointed, me
itay347 it is not 😂
itay347 time to buy it? I guess
same here haha
Frank you get the phone stand so that you can hook your keyboard up to your phone via the bluetooth function and type on your phone. I think it's great that you can easy switch from computer to phone via the wireless and bluetooth functions.
This guy needs 4 - 5 million subscribers.
Im so fucking glad wireless gaming peripherals are improving and becoming more available. Really want a wireless gaming headset with a headphone stand that have built in charging though so you don't have to pull out a cord everytime you want to charge up.

Benjamin Bee how about the Corsair K63? It’s TKL and wireless.
@@aryan.prince it's shit I got one
i actually love this mouse, i use a single lithium aaa in it and it weighs under 100 grams, great size for larger hands as well.
I love the look of the G603 but the functionality of the G903 ;(
That keyboard needs a tkl version
Some Guy on a Computer tkl?
kidultra13 ten keyless- without the num pad
Blagovest Trifonov oh ok I wasn’t sure
I only use tkl keyboards, no need for number pad tbh
CL Chris they always seem to be more expensive no idea why
The point of the phone stand is so that you can hook up a tablet or phone to the keyboards bluetooth and switch back and forth from the computer to the phone. So it gives you an option to text people back using the keyboard instead of picking up your phone and using the touch keyboard.

G403 - Original Wireless Gaming Mouse
G703 - G403 + Wireless Charging
G603 - Lightweight Version of G403

Almost right the g603 is heavier than the g403 116g vs about 136g
Sorry i should have been more specific. By lightweight i was referring more to its tech. Like it doesn't have RGB lights, and I'm assuming some other small things too, not necessarily its weight.
Ahhh less bells and whistles just a wireless mouse.
I think the g603 is a g602 refresh
G603: new HERO sensor, no rgb, better battery performance
the phone stand is included because of the bluetooth connectivity option. It allows you to connect the keyboard to your phone. Whenever I'm at the computer, I use messenger or other chat programs on the desktop, but textmessaging I still do on my phone. So I guess it's somewhat useful
The Drevo Calibur comes with RGB, wireless connectivity, PBT keycaps, is 90$ cheaper, and TKL, seems like a much better buy than the G613.
The purpose of the stand is to utilize the Bluetooth feature to switch from devices.
I didnt think i'll be a fan of the romer switches but i fell in love with the logitech pro keyboard

i think the phone stand actually makes sence, considering that you can pair the keyboard with your phone using bluetooth.
this could make it so easy and fast to send a text message or anything else for that matter
I much prefer the G502 over the G603, and they finally released a wireless version of the G502.
@ Yeah, the price is definitely high on the G502 wireless. Hopefully it will go on sale like Logitech's other mice often do.
I really like using my wireless mouse - the Razer Mamba Chroma. how is that bad, the cable sucks and the batteries last ages. i just bought it looks a good gaming mouse
Keyboard and mouse are wireless. But do you need both USB receivers to operate the keyboard and the mouse or can one USB receiver connect both?
Randomfrankp ... that phone stand is there because of easy onekey switching between PC and bluetooth-Phone or tablet to write on. Thats another great feature i think :)
My keyboard just arrived today, I love it so far.
King Solrac is it rgb
i realy like his voice its like perfect for these kide of videos and i realy love when frank plays cs:go "Right on the nutts"
Just got it today. My 1st mechanical keyboard for $60!
It's been almost 15 months since I got mine, and battery level indicators are still 2 out of 3 bars from g hub and 50% from windows bt settings

Alright, I just ordered this keyboard. It's on sale at amazon for 72$ . Don't let me down Randomfrankp.

What do you think about Gamesir GK300 ? 1ms response rate, backlight, smaller size. i can't decide between these two.

the keyboard is 60$ on amazon right now
It’s out of stock now.
Can we use the G603 and G613 with the same USB dongle or do we have to use both?
hope logitech release a TKL version.
Ok gonna say this idk why people bother whether it's 1ms response time or 8 because the human eye can't even see up to like 10ms response time (didn't say he complained just saying for people) btw love your vids gonna buy the G613 and wanted to see if it is good or nah
Wireless is getting better.
Deon Spates Wireless hasn't been an issue for years now.
I can't decide between the G603 or Mx Master 2s which do you think is a better choice and by the way I will be doing Gaming AND Productively
Galedex x get the g602 which is a mix of both, plus it’s cheaper and has a good response time and low latency, and also has great battery life.
just bought the g603 and its just the best
Please do a review on the Logitech G533 Wireless Headset.
I think the entire reason behind the phone stand is the ability to hit the bluetooth button and be able to type a message on your phone.
Hope they'd release a TKL version this year or next year
It is possible to remove one of the 2 batteries of the mouse to make it lighter ;)
i think ima buy the wireless mamba instead. It is about the same price on amazon rn
It's a shame it doesn't support left-handed gaming for the mouse.
You should do a comparison between the Logitech G603 and the Mx master 2
Fun_Beast id love to see this
the doc is to switch between Bluetooth and wifi on your keyboard and switch between your computer and phone.
wires for the win....g402+fps alloy cherry blu switches=not overpriced peripheral set for under 200 dollars
Hey frank, I am searching for a new mouse, and I don't know wether I should go with the g403 or the g603. Please I need your advice
When he showed the mouse accuracy, he was in a sort of shooting range, where can i get that? or whats it called?
Which game is that?
Can I use the other wireless mouse, G602 and this keyboard with only one receiver, or do I need separate receivers? I want the extra buttons on 602.

Hi.. nice great job for the video
could you help me to answer, how to connect these two logitech (G 613 & 603) to one laptop using bluetooth? thank you!
What was the gameboy looking device next to the keyboard? Portable Raspberry Pi retro gaming thing?
Find out tomorrow!
When teh TKL version comes out i will buy it!! Allreagy have the G900 and its a BeAST!
well i was pretty upset because my predator orion 5k includes this keyboard and mouse.
But it still sucks beacause i hate to switch batterys and for example i was in a MM and my mouse simply died -.-" .

yes ; )
Its for people who absolutely need wireless peripherals. There are people who are willing to drop 150 + 70 USD on these :)
Suryashekhar Das I understand. But still, for that price point I would expect at least some white LEDs or something lol

my dude, i like ur content but i dont think adding fake lens flare is any good,i mean its just my opinion but i think with out it it well be better :)
you can make the mouse a bit lighter by removing one of the batteries.
The G403 Wireless has been around for about a year
Is the Logitech G613 Keyboard Mechanical?

beniS they arent cherry. Also the wireless isnt as good as logitech. But what is?
You can check out the Filco Majestouch Convertible 2 . However, they are USB/Bluetooth Connection. Technically, it is still a wireless keyboard.
Corsair?
I think the phone stand is so that you can type on your phone with the keyboard
So the only flaw on this keyboard by you is that is missing RGB lightnings? And that is why it does not worth 150$?
Wired mechanical keyboards are costing more than 150$, even more so wireless...
Funny enough, 2 years after a release of this keyboard - it still seems like the only valuable option for wireless mechanical keyboard, especially for this price
Do both work with the a single receiver or do they need separate receivers?
Great video man!
How does this hold up in 2021?
too bad it's got the rubber-g switches
also, the phone stand is to use with the arx control app
Is there a ping noise when you type like with the g413/513?
Hey frank :) please don't complain about the bonus phone stand! That's pretty cool! Logitech please keeep it hahahahaha
