I used to watch Night Court with my mom when I was a little girl. I’m pretty sure I didn’t understand most of what was going on in each episode, but this is a fond memory I have from childhood and spending time with my mom. I own the whole series now and it’s still one of my favorite shows from the ‘80s.

This show was great, the cast was fantastic and had great on screen chemistry (behind the scenes though a few of them didn't get along which happens a lot). It's a shame that a lot the cast has passed away, someone else in the comments mentioned that only two of the main cast are still with us and sad to say that eventually they're going to leave us as well so I hope we treasure them while they're still with us.

For a lot of us fans (and I was one who watched from the first episode to the last), our fave episodes were the ones with The Wheelers. Brent Spiner has said that he STILL gets asked about The Wheelers. I was already familiar with John Larroquette from Baa Baa Black Sheep before Night Court started.

Since Judge Stone was in Cheers, Night Court is in the same universe as Fraiser!

And now it is back in an updated form.

Sadly only two of the original cast members are still alive now.
And how could you possibly forget that John also stared in Star Trek III the Search for Spock as a Klingon.....

Fielding was my favorite character, like an antihero or villain of sorts

O distespect, but how could you forget about Florence? Okay, so her time on the show was short, however, she did add to the dynamic of the show. And that scene where Bull lost it with Selma's passing and then fonding Florence was beautiful. "Cam I keep her?" still brings a tear to my eye.

First heard of this show back in 2020, when Sam Lloyd sadly passed away. Was talking to a friend who had mentioned she was sure she'd seen him in something else and we went though his IMDB page, well it was in Night Court, his first TV appearance, 2 Episodes in Season 6.

The nw remake that came out earlier this year was not bad. It could never hope to recapture the magic but it wasn't bad. I like seeing Dan Fielding again but it is also sad that almost everyone else from the original show has passed away.

11:44 I'd remove the background music on future videos, talking over singing is distracting and unnecessary....good video otherwise!
