This is so true about supply. Most of the time I'm looking for a specific item...once I get in the store I look to see what else is there. I'm always looking to build up my color stock....windows, doors, anything for modulars. Normally I wind up buying a good bit. So the more odd things you have, the better chance at sales. I think it's just time and money. I mostly do Bricklink/Brick Owl to fund the hobby. When I first started there was a few times I was thinking of shutting down and thought it's not worth it. I stuck with it and overtime the sales stared becoming regular. First year I think my gross sales was only like 900.00 bucks that's before shipping and fees. All I can say is stick with it and time will tell how your doing. Thanks for the vid!!

Thanks for the video. My store opened two weeks ago (10k parts in 500 lots) and nothing but crickets so far. I figured I've got to double down and get more parts in the store. Very little with good part out value out there right now...
