Please remove the moka before the tail, the last part of the coffee goes out, this will give a pure taste to your drink. The coffee is made about three part, the head, the heart and the tail. Always cut the tail, the bitter part of coffee. You will also avoid the ridiculous geyser on your kitchen ( see 3:40)!!!
Being the original brand I would have expected them to be able to find someone capable of doing a better job. Had I seen this video before I wouldn't have bought one...
Please do not press the coffee inside the moka with the spoon, let's do a little hill with coffee powder and just press with upper part of the mokaa
