Your series are fun! I tried making the brownies with the mini waffle maker - no go! They stuck to the pan. Gonna order the griddle for when I go camping. The donuts look good!

If you added more water or milk (more of a waffle dough consistency) they m8ght be a little lighter. It also works with muffin mix and pancake mix
yes, that would have made them even lighter than the second batch that I cooked with additional water mixed in.
