I'm actually surprised to learn how similar all of the different cultural flatbreads are.

Fun… two similar recipes, both with the different appliances. I believe when you press on a flatbread while it’s cooking they tend to puff. I suspect the back has too much pressure to puff; but, the front is enough to facilitate puffing.
I am so buying a mini griddle. This looks so yummy.
Would this work using the the griddle in the MyMini Noodle and Griddle Cooker or do you need one with two pieces/cover? Thanks

Yes. They come out great. Haven’t made a video for them yet.

If you’ve never had it, I suggest you try it.
Why would you flip when both sides cook?
When making a flatbread, the top of the flatbread does not touch the top heating plate.
