- G'day viewers, 4 months ago I started a new job in the Heavy Vehicle Recovery industry with Barnes Auto Co. here in Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
This video is about a job we got to take two trailers and their associated equipment from a paddock in rural Australia to a workshop in southern Brisbane for their reconditioning. Maybe Clint will let me show you how they look when finished.
Driving a few different trucks from a Mack Under lift Tow Truck to a Freightliner Super Tilt. Both still with the trusty 18 speed Road Ranger.
I hope to have a few more tutorial, how to videos soon and another in my 18 Speed road ranger series.
Hopefully, with the blessing of my new employer, I will also have a few videos on my day to day work in Heavy Vehicle Recovery.
“ no drama “ far superior to normal towie’s in North America
Where are you from Harry?
I knew the bloke that owned the trailer on the tilt about 35 or so years ago I drove for his father carting timber from the Mills he owned and Doug had his own gear on the logs.
She's seen a few K's since then I guess...What state Rod? We assumed these were WA trailers initially with the axle spacing...certainly not legal under QLD regs now :)
Good job . Interesting how you reversed the dolly .
Thanks Ghost ;))))
@@Kinetic-Images-Australia No worries mate ,, these guys come out from Toowoomba to rescue me when the wheels come off a dolly just south of Tambo . Big twin steer kenworth cab over n a tilt tray with their dolly . Really impressed with how they went about it .
@@ghostrider9978 Yeah that would have been Lee and Nathan, she is a big girl that Kenworth.
Good bunch of blokes too..
All the best mate
Very little wheels on the tippers.
